Hi, my sister had delivered two babies in this hospital only. Treatment, staff and doctors all are good. Nice environment.
But the only drawback of this hisoital is no neonatal intense care (NICU) and they not providing phototherapy for new born babies.as they knew that 90% of the new born babies will suffering from jaundice. Please provide these to facility. Other wise hospital is providing good service

Truly a complete health care center for Women…each And every member of Divakar Hospital makes us feel very comfortable and hears our worries with at most patience…a very special thanks to Dr Hema ma’am, Dr. Poorni ma’am and Dr. Rita ma’am for supporting and guiding us in our most important part of womanhood—Motherhood.

The truth about this hospital is, they don't have NICU and ambulances facilities, in the end moment I got surprised this kind of essentials facilities are not available in this hospital even though end moment suggestion are also not good, my wife case got critical at last moment and she has to deliver baby in 35 week, hospital suggested that after delivery they will be shifting the baby to NICU to other hospital due to pre term baby emergency and mother will be in their own Diwakar hospital. For shifting to other hospital they should have ambulance facility, which they dont have. When we asked them to transfer my wife case to Fortis Hospital, that time also Hospital admin staff asked me to take my wife in Ola Cab in such a critical condition, after having discussion they agreed to call Fortis Ambulance. Please check before you start taking consultation with them. It is matter of two life's and we can't take seriously risks.

I wanted to book an appointment with Dr. Hema and the only option to do it is through their app and it works only for android. When I called the hospital for an appointment citing them the reason that the app isn’t working, the receptionist response was “if you don’t have an android phone, you cannot book an appointment” and she cannot help me in any other possible way. Now that’s a new criteria I am hearing for the first time that a patient needs an android phone to get treated or he/she won’t get treatment at all.
You really need to fix your app issues and have an alternative for people to book an appointment.

Consulted Dr. Hema Divakar. Right from collecting the history of the patient, detailed explanation of the problem, prescribed medication looked like systematic procedure. Doctor n staff are having good patience to listen n give detailed explanation.

Please DO NOT consult with Divakars specialty Hospital, Especially with Dr. Poorni, Who is not at all a human being, she has no feelings she talks like a robot machine, I request everyone NOT to Consult in Divakars,

Point 1 - Dr. Poorni is inhuman to the core.

Point 2 - Dr Hema Divakar does not even come and see the patients but they will put a big board in front of your room with patients name and doctors name as Hema Divakar.while the reality is Hema Divakar does will not even know there is a patient existing in her own hospital. Sad State of affair.

Poitn 3 - They charge a bomb for the wards, but it it is not at all ventilated we have to keep the toilet door open as there was a window so that we could get some fresh air. Rooms in Government hospitals are very nice.

Point - 4 They charge you for no reason, Simply they keep charging we do not even have a break up for the what treatment.

I request every one we Please do not Consult with Divakar Hospital, It is a very very very bad hospital.

I have been visiting Dr Rita Singh for the past 2 years. She is a very friendly and patient doctor who understands our problems well. I am very happy with the way she treated me. I was advised surgery for a gynac issue by few doctors from the big banner hospitals. However, Dr Rita did not see any need to perform surgery and preferred the waiting route with treatments. My problem seems to have resolved on its own now and I have been able to avoid unnecessary surgery because of her. Her confidence in her diagnosis and treatment gives us positive hope. Though she has made me aware that, my problem might re occur, I am really not worried because I know that she is there to treat me in the best possible way. Thank you Dr. Rita.

Dr Hema divakar is the star of doctors after 22 years of my delivary yesterday I had been to the divakar hospital after meeting Dr Hema divakar speaking to doctor I felt that my problem was solved I felt very secured and comfortable and the entire staff was very care taking I can say that she is the most wonderful person on earth whom I met. Nurse Nancy also recognised me inspite of wearing a mask, based on our interaction 22 years ago during my delivery. Happy to see all covid guidelines are being followed meticulously.

1) They don't accept online payment. Doctors are good but not friendly staff
2) The medicines prescribed here you don't get outside. Imagine incase of urgency
3) Pharmacy charges same as MRP where in outside you get 5-10% discounts but you are in a loop hole you can't go out to purchase medicine as they won't be available which they prescribe

26th June 2020 was most luckiest day for us and the only reason was that we had our first interaction with Dr. Hema Divakar, my wife had milk gland blockage and has to under go abscess surgery during 1st wk of June. Later on, we consulted almost every Genecologist we know and every one was addressing present situation by asking to supress milk. But as told above we came to know about Dr. Hema Divakar through our relative and on 26th June we had Video call and she understood complete history and gave us clear instructions for way forward and we followed that and today my wife is almost recovered and we didn't even have to supress milk for our son and he is getting natural nurishment as designed by nature.we are really very thankful to Dr. Hema Divakar. Thanks a lot Ma'am.

I am a patient of Dr. Sheetal, who is a Dietician in Divakars.

During my pregnancy, I had gestational diabetes, which went away. But as I didnot control and take care of my diet, I had been diagnosed diabetes after 3 years of delivery. I had become overweight. I consulted Dr. Sheetal on recommendation of Dr. Poorni (my gynecologist), who is also from Divakars. Dr. Sheetal had a full counselling on my daily diet which I was having and guided me as to what I was supposed to have and where I was going wrong. Initially it was very difficult. But then, trust me, I changed into a completly different person. I started walking and going according to her diet instructions. In 3-4 months I lost 10 kgs and my diabetes has also borderlinded. I'm really thankful to doctor for helping me out to live life in a better way.
