I'm most satisfied with ENT Facility in this hospital I had been there once.felt happy with there treatment!

I had taken my mum to divine speciality since she has a very bad ear pain and had to get her checked immediately, Dr Stephen who is the ENT specialist addressed the issue and also provided proper treatment, he was readily available even though I had made no prior appointment, he was very polite in explaining the cause of the pain. I had to take her again for follow up and made no appointment this time as well yet he attended to my mother. Thanks for the immediate assistance Dr Stephen

Dr.stephen who works in devine hospital.he doesn't act and treat patient like a doctor. He didn't listen my problem clearly and did not tell me what is my problem and why the problem has started, simply he wrote something and directed me to nurse by telling she will tell how to take the medicine because he was rushing to some surgery as told by the nurse. The medicine also was not available in his hospital. After asking him for the alternate & my problem over phone then he said lab person is not there for testing my ear and he was asking me to visit Kamanahalli branch. Very very worst experience as I went to him from Yelahanka which was waste of time and money as the medicine also is making my ear problem more worse. Please save yourselves and your family by not taking any chance.

Had to take my mother in law to a ENT specialist due to ear infection and Dr Stephen who is the ENT specialist addressed the issue appropriately and proper treatment was given, he explained the cause of infection and also the time it would take for the infection to resolve. Most importantly he made himself available when we needed which is very important.

Dr.stephen who works in devine hospital.he doesn't act and treat patient like a doctor.but he 's very good at making business in the contact of bank agency loans.he suggest all the patients who ever goes to him only for operation 60k to 1lac.the reason y I'm giving this review is because all our family members and friends had very bad experience in this hospital.kindly save your self and your savings.

I would rate this hospital 0 worst experience, we booked private room, no washed bed sheet and no generator and the hospital charging go so much at least no proper working fan in the room, no clean toilets, staffs are so rude etc, comparitively government hospitals are 100 times better. Treatment wise also no proper response. Please don't ever choose this hospital for any treatment and don't even recommend for others.

Worst experience ever.
I got my one month old admitted coz of pneumonia.
Bed bugs made sure to have sleepless nights, nurses are unavailable when needed (single nurse per floor attending about 12 patients at any given time)
No water dispenser available, Every time you need to go to the basement to collect water.
Staff unruly and rude.
Doctors unsympathetic
High per day charges for a single occupancy room (4000 rupees)
Poor infrastructure and no hospitality whatsoever.

I started my pregnancy journey from day 1 with Dr Sheela in divine hospital, initially I thought just for 6 months I will take the consultation treatment from dr Sheela and than thought to shift to motherhood hospital for my delivery, because previously my 1 st delivery was ended with sepsis’s infection in my home town, but after listening to past history dr Sheela has given me the hope and believe on her that she will take care of my old health issues, than I continued with her and my delivery was very smooth and safe and main thing is fearless she made me safe and excellent service which I cannot express in my words she is so patience and brave lady to handle patients like me, I really thank her and hats off to her job, I sincerely recommend her, thank u so much mam, thanks a lot mam.

I saw blood on the door. The bed spread was not sanitised. The student staff nurse was very rude. The receptionist wasn't respectful on the call. One of the nicer employees told me that they are understaffed.

Very good Doctors, including all the staff of hospital. 4 days of our stay at the hospital was like staying at home. The whole premises of the hospital is kept neat and clean. In the whole hospital you will never find the normal smell of a hospital. Such is the maintenance of cleanliness. Highly recommended.

My mother had an operation at Divine Speciality Hospital. According to her she had one of the finest experiences. I was her caretaker during her stay at the hospital. Worst hospital where i went in my life time. Unhygienic environment, negligence staff. Inexperienced north indian male staffs. If you want to gain more disease you can visit this hospital.

Dr Stephen Antony, Worst Doctor, He has made my life Hell, Still suffering from the pain from past 4 months post surgery.

I was hospitalized in Divine Hospital under Dr. Chadha for nasal turbinate reduction only in the left nostril and removal of frontal sinus and Dr Chadha was to perform the surgery whereas I could see Dr. Stephen Antony in OT and he lied me saying Dr Chadha will come to perform the surgery and asked me to cover my face with cloth which I denied so I could not see who is performing the surgery un necessary Sleep injection was given and surgery was performed by Dr Stephen Antony.

Dr Stephen Antony dint know about my medical history he performed the surgery by removing the turbinates in both the nostril and he dindt operate to remove the frontal sinus also septum deviation was not required he should know what vital role the turbinates play in human body.

Post surgery I am suffering pain in both my cheeks from past 4 months I also informed Dr Chadha but he rejected my claim of of pain.

Paid Rs 40000 for surgery and still spending to get cured with other doctors.

This unethical Doctors behaviour has affected my overall health I am getting head ache migraine pain, pain in cheeks and post nasal drip and In long Run this will effect my lungs and strengt and unable to concentrate on my work.

I am the only earning member in my family where as my entire familiy is dependent on me.

The Services we received from Dr. Stephen is excellent. He has done a excellent surgery to my sister for Black fungus and more of all he is a very good human being.

Very good gynecology dr sheela Stephen. I really like her they way she handle the patients. All my four deliveries & family planning operation also done by her. She try for normal delivery. They can renovate the hospital. People always go on the looks.

Worst place. Dont go here. Unhygienic. No proper staff. The medical has old oudated medicines more over half the basic medicines are unavailable here. Avoid this place in all circumstances.
