Very clean. The park is growing with more buildings under construction.

Probably they should get a food court, instead of the few limited shops and stalls next to landmark group office, which are by the way closed after covid.

It's bit tough if you are not getting proper food inside your office buildings, and specially not much options around the techpark. You will to depend on delivery aggregators.

The security ask why you've come if you are in a two-wheeler or cheaper. Bring a nice car or more expensive and you're free to go. Speaking from experience from both the vehicles.

Just like your regular tech park with usual food stalls on ground floor. Sad part is no car parking for visitors either outside or inside. If you happen to visit hdfc bank you have to leave your car outside at the mercy of traffic police.

Great work place includes all the major offices, lot of food options around like subway, Amuktamalyada, udipi, etc. Major banks and atms also available. As it's opposite to HAL many time we see helicopter flying over.

Subway is always a good option for food and quick healthy bites. Lots of vegetarian and non vegetarian options available. The taste is standard across network. Only we have to check for cleanliness of the outlets. As a whole a good experience. Staff was helpful and got fresh sub.

WORST security rules no use, because everyone is busy all the time at security office, even if I want to contact to my daughter, that BLADY security guards want Email from whom to contact, what is these non sense, and no need to kept in out of station security persons, because if I ask a any information about the same place, he doesn't no, simply answered "nahi malum"

Very bad customer service at this outlet. They denied my order for Chhota sub saying that they don't serve this at lunch time even though the same item is available in the menu. So there is no meaning in adding a new item in the menu and not serving it to the customer. Worst customer service policy. This outlet doesn't follow any of the subway standard customer care policy

Decent tech park. It's has countable food joints. Smoke shop inside the reach park. There are couple of good joints that accept Sodexo. Parking is alright. Security is friendly unless you take a to wheeler in the four wheeler lane.

Location is inside, if bmtc facilities were provided till the gate then it would have been the best for employees who come on own transport

Techpark is good but not so fancy they do miss outlets which usually other tech parks have like food chains only Subway and California Burrito is there.

Not the best of tech parks. The proximity to an defence airport means loud jets zooming by, is an annoyance when you are around the super boring food court.

It is a small techpark located near yamlur junction (HAL airport). It has companies like Deloitte, Thomson Reuters, CGI, Fujitsu, landmark, plivo etc.
But there is no proper food court in the techpark. Only chai point, subway, NIC, a bakery outlet Brea and California burrito is there. That's all.

This place has many offices, villas as also apartment. There is a subway, chai point for some quick grab. The location of this office is kinda bad because it’s neither on the marathali or bellandur it’s in between.

Good Tech Park nearby. Neatly maintained. Nice Cafeterias available. Good parking lot available. Multiple MNCs are available here. Good staff and cooperative. Good security available.

Great working area with multiple MNCs. Huge parking area available. Food zone available with options such as California Burrito, Brea, Subway, Chai point etc. HDFC bank has opened now inside Food zone area. ATM for Citi bank, standard charter, SBI available.
Security is strict and well maintained.

Pros: Nice campus with companies like Lifestyle, Aditya Birla and Deloitte. Places to eat: California Buritto, Subway, Curry Chutney, Brea and NIC Ice cream. It is Safe inside campus. Security does a great job.
Cons: Smoking zone is probably small vs.no of smokers hence a lot of people smoking outside the smoking zone area which makes it uncomfortable for non smokers. The road approach is secluded at night and not safe to walk. Dusty environment and drainage stink outside the campus during rainy season. Lot of mosquitoes.

Few IT companies resides here, there are two ways we can connect this place, from Bellandur near Central mall through Yemlur road which is not good in condition and from Marathahalli bridge take HAL road and connect Yemlur junction to reach Divyasree technopolis

Beautiful landscape with Deloitte, Aditya birla and other companies offices.
But traffic will rock you.
