I had worked here for around 3 plus years with no growth in Technical knowledge. Its basically a Tech Support company where you will be asked to handle chats (3 concurrent) to support their hosting accounts support and sales day and night. You will not gain any knowldge if you join this company in your initial days. Not at all recommended for Engineer graduates.

Moreover, once you are out of this company you will face many more rejections and humilations coz Diya System has been marked as "Do not Hire" band in few of the MNC'c. I personally know ppl who have been rejected duing the BGV because they had worked in Diya in some point of their career.

Not personally targeting the company but this is the truth and we are living with this.

If anyone of you still have doubts regarding this, try applying for Capgemini after working in Diya System and you will get the answer.

This is very Honest Review. It could be bit harsh. But I want to convince the Freshers and new joinee's something here.

If you have a future plans to join in MNC's, then NEVER EVER join Diya Systems. Diya System is blacklisted in some MNC's like HCL, CAPGEMINI (these 2 are for sure and God knows how much more companies its blacklisted under) If a person has worked in Diya Systems and they get job offers in MNCs like HCL, CAPGEMINI etc, during the background verification HR of these MNCs will call you and will tell we cannot proceed further because Diya is Blacklisted in their list.

I have faced this issue when I got selected for HCL company. After the selection and offer letter during BackGround verification I got the call saying "We cannot proceed further with the candidates who have work history in Diya Systems". Then Fortunately, I got placed in some other MNC.

The reason I am writing this review NOW because, my another friend who worked along with me at DIYA got selected today for the company CAPGEMINI. He also left the Diya Systems in 2019 and after that worked for 2 other companies. After selection he also faced the same fate as mine. After clearing interview and getting offer letter he got call from HR saying "DIYA is blacklisted".

Either DIYA Systems needs to be done something about it or the MNCs needs to make sure before shortlisting the candidates.

Last but not least, even though if you think you will gain some knowledge by joining Diya Systems, forget it. You will even lose the knowledge that you have.

Even though you are jobless for few days or months also that's absolutely fine. One Day the struggles will pay off. But don't ruin your career and future by joining DIYA Systems.

Such a pathetic company. This I feel is the worst company anyone can work for. I had several bitter experiences. In fact, too many to list out. Will never suggest this company to anyone. My rating, definitely, 1 star.

While travelling via bus from Kundapura or Udupi, get down at Karnataka Govt. Polytechnic (KPT) Bus stop (Mangalore) and board a local bus or auto towards Mary Hill. Auto people usually charge extra above meter since location is bit interior. Good luck

It is a calm n quiet area, surrounded by greenery. And it's residential area, good atmosphere for working. Pollution free.

They treat people like they don't know anything about computers and really bad interview experience

The work environment as well as the campus is good. All the facilities are great. Great for career option.

I thought its a IT company. Worst experience in this company. They should mention clearly that its a call center.

Outsourcing company, rotational shifts, OK salary, big spacious building, friendly company, big parkispace, smoking area, 2 cafeterias with a lot of varieties of food (veg and non veg).

Very less Salary, They won't respect our work. I had worked for 17 days before living this worst company, but I didn't get my salary for the days I have Worked. I had to leave the company because of Illness. Such CRUEL people.

If you need to work without salary, then you can Join this company. Because they just take hard work from and won't give your salary. Such Bad People.

Waste of time, money, many opportunities. Don't think about this hell on the earth. Only our kudla guys know much how it is.

Place is beautifull, enviourment is very nice.but the interview process so complicated.they make a person to come four five times, which really hectic.they can make a simple interview when the employee gets trained they wil be perfect, but these ppl take the interview like an abroad company or something.seriously very upset with the process

Diya systems is a large web hosting company and also a software development company. It's head quarters is in Mangalore and it has many offices in many continent.first of all I am working here. And it is a good experience here. I am also Lucky to work here and the atmosphere is very interesting. Everything is going well. You have everything you need. There is a cab facility if you want to go somewhere. They have won many awards. Many people are working here.anyway it is good. Thank you!

One of the biggest ITES Company in Mangalore. Always there will be a vacancy in this company for the post of Technical Support Engineer. Salary is very very less and horrible shift timings and targets. Personally I do not recommend to join for this company as a Technical Support Engineer because there is no career growth. Diya Systems provides good cab facilities for night shift. Has two canteens and both canteens are open 24x7. If you want to get good Hosting knowledge you can join this company.
