I have visiting experience for this homestay very neat and very secure the management of very closed front of helping guest caring for the management I am really happy this in the own experience I am really very good experience so more help with management @GM. We have visited this place last month. It is outside of the city but nearby homes are there. Couldn’t turn on the music outside.
4 bed rooms in total available with attached. They have allocated only 3 to us since only few of us came.
Rooms are spacious and comfortable enough. If your group needs peace stay at nights, definitely a must visit.
Owner helped us with campfire setup. They had given an option to arrange food, barbecue or cook ourselves.
Our batch has opted own cooking option since we have some experts in this arena.
TV, hot water, Wi-Fi, campfire, kitchen place, washing machine, Fridge etc.all the required things are available.
Giving 5-star since we liked the villa and the way owner treated us. Check with owner if we can play loud music in the balcony if you’re coming as group of friends because that’s the only negative here.
Everything else is top notch according to us.

Bathrooms in a very sad terrible state, not cleaned, and cobwebs around

The photos of the villa’s interiors provided whilst booking, was no where to what we saw when we entered the villa. Absolute let down. None of the rooms had been ventilated and were dusty. As an asthmatic felt stifled and the four days had breathing issues. The bedsheets did not look as having been washed. There were no towels (hand and bath), toilet rolls and hangers in the room.
One room had a huge cobweb and cigarette butt on the floor. That shows the home had not been cleaned. The bathroom was filthy with old hair in the floor sieve. The mat outside the bathroom has not been changed for years and not vacuumed.
The owner lives in Bengaluru.
DO NOT get food cooked for you. Go out and eat or order food. It will be cheaper.
Have rented home stays before. This one is the pits. THE WHOLE DEAL IS A RIPOFF.

Great stay! The place is exactly how it’s shown and is really spacious easily accommodating groups of 8-10. They also provide excellent food with barbeque and bonfire. Highly recommended

Great place, good location in the centre of the city, and easy to locate.
The caretaker and the host were really polite, patient, and upfront about everything. It's a calm place to relax and unwind.
10/10 would recommend.

Care taker should focus on cleanliness post guest leaving so that next guest gets more arranged house.

Bathtub no longer exist. Owner should remove the photo from Internet.

The place is very good, spacious and clean. Can accommodate bigger groups easily. It is in the middle of city so swiggy n Zomato is easily available. Service improvement is required as there were insects and hot water wasn't available in all the rooms.
