Doctorc not good for test. This is worst service. I have book this service for 2times but they are rejected with silly reasons like location mismatch.

Worst company full scam company reports worng all worng pls don't take appointment in doctor c company they not doing test they will give simply reports pls check once other lab and doctor c lab reports value cross check definitely doctor c given reports worng pls don't do this company full scam froad company. Worst experience other lab to this lab value so much variation once check

I went to doctor diagnostic centre for lipase and amylase and other tests.worst lab they gave my lipase value as 721 i was shocked and tensed and i was about to get admitted in hospital as emergency and started calling doctors but my doctor got doubt about the report and told to recheck so again i gave a fresh sample to same lab and told them to recheck so my sample was sent to a anand lab but they gave my lipase value as 40 its normal So i asked the DDC lab people why my value was more so they said sorry may be machine problem very irresponsible answer and nobody from lab called me when they got high value atleast asking for re sample they are very careless so i will never suggest this lab for any blood tests they r playing with human life giving wrong values. So pls be careful

Over the call one lady was forcing me to book just on browsing through the site and was very rude.she cut the call rudely even though i was politely refusing her

Had to come back to give a sample because the lab tech had drawn insufficient blood and then the Ultrasound doctor comes one hour late for the appointment. No explanations, no apologies. Won’t be coming back here.

I went here for 24hrs urine routine they gave me can 5lt in reception itself and they keep on explaining about it as I said I know. Eventhow she never stoped (receptionist) in front of other costumers I really felt very embarrassing

Never had a bad experience here.
Some reception staffs I've seen are in a world of there own but otherwise it's all good.
Lab service is good and reports are prompt.
X ray department also is run well, good staffs are proper guidance given before x ray.
Overall it's very good.
A little bit better customer service at reception would do no harm.

Since 5 years my family members and me are vising doctors diagnostic centre. Always we are happy with their service

We have taken appointment for scanning with Token number as 1. The attendant was calling people than us. Then what is the point of calling early morning and taking Token. Even I told that our token number is 1, she didn’t just bother and calling others. This is really unprofessional.

Overcharging (RTPCR is 2k), and the front office doesn't know the simple definition of Customer Service.

Worst service despite stating that the reports will be received in 1 hour, I haven’t received till the end of the day.

Don’t ever do health check up. Follow up with the doctor is really bad I have to wait almost 2 hours to do the follow-up

There is no professionalism in the staff, the staff behave rudely with the visitors and worst with senior citizen, they keep talking and make fun while Withdrawal of blood. The responsibility of the receptionist is null, no respect towards the patients untolrated behaviour worst experience

Worst centre for scanning. We had been called at 9: 45 AM for the ultrasound scan and the doctor came at 11 AM. Do not trust the positive reviews, and I do not recommend this centre to anyone.

I have paid rs 100 for home services and later to our surprise they do not deliver the report to the place.it is highly overpriced and its as good as bloughing the patients.
WE NEVER ECPECTED THE SAME. A SERVICE IS COMPLETED AFTER THE REPORTS ARE DELIVERED. JUST TAKING SAMOME IS OF NO USE.

Compared to other Diagnostic centers in the area, "Doctor's Diagnostics" is reasonably priced & service is fast!

One of the worst services provided. Everything is over priced, unprofessional staff and doctors are never on time. Time of doctor's arrival is always mentioned wrongly by the frontdesk when booking an appointment.

It has very bad service. I was told the reports will be emailed and over a month I had made calls. Every person I spoke to would say they would send it in 10 mins. After a while they started acting snappy and had the audacity to tell me that it has to be collected in person and cannot be emailed. Now, I have my doubts if they are giving me some random report because they have misplaced my report and were buying time to frame a report. I would strictly not recommend this place as they might end up telling u about something's u don't have.

Very bad experience I have visited this clinic for several times.i had typhoid several months ago at 1st the doc send me back by saying I have some infection they also did a normal blood test according to the result he said I had infection so come back after a week and prescribed me some medicine the most thing which bothered me was the lump on my neck after a week of medication the result was the same then he made me do a full blood test which included the HIV test and cancer but the result was typhoid. Then he gave me medicine for a almost a month the result was bit better but the lump on my neck was still there then he adviced me to do a x.ray of the lump for he felt its a cancer I denied at 1st cuz i felt it was my emmunity prob went back with his prescribed medicine when the result was still the same i then visited him again and agreed for the x.ray. They told me to come back for the report the other day but it was not ready so they send me back by saying they ll give me call when its ready but i did not get any call for few days i try to visit them again but after few days but it was close then i called them they told me to come and collect it when i went there they said they ll send me via mail i did receive the report with the with the result of inflammation. The whole lot of test and check ups, medication, late report, waste of money and time and finally he told me to visit another doc.
