Depending upon what you take, I think this restaurant is decent and caters to mostly non veg meals. Chicken and fish items over here are available in plenty of options and food that I ate was decent but it coild vary. Service and atmosphere was decent too nothing special in it just that it could get crowded during certain time of the day like the afternoons.

I go there very frequently for their fish tawa fry items with fish meal. It's so good man! Such a well maintained place. Nice staff. Love it! Best fish meal place in Manipal.

Good Place for a fish curry meal, my veg meal wasn't so bad either while my friend seemed to enjoy his fish curry meal.

Food is good, all non veg is good, egg items are good, fish is good,
Chicken is average,
For veg lovers option is very less
Veg biryani, veg fried rice, curd rice

Overrated for a local fish meal spot. You can find tons of better spots in the area. My prawns ghee roast barely had the flavour it should've had, it was just unnecessarily sweet and doused in food colour. The fish tawa fry was as bad, it still had it's scales on and it wasn't even thoroughly fried. And overpriced too.

Best place for see food here all items are very delicious famous for fish meal and squid gee roast must try this items. If u order the meal they serve in banayan leaf it's impressive. All the fish items the best here anjal tawa fry, crab fry, crab gee roast, chicken gee roast, chicken 65, rawa prawn fry fish biryani all the items are very delicious and yummy. One of the best restaurant in manipal, the price also reasonable.
Overall must visit this place.

Fish curry, rice and kabab is my favourite here. They have various options in fish like masala fry, rava fry and tawa fry.

Service is ok, but taste is very bad.i guess they use same masala for everything, be it chicken or fish items.

Atmosphere is good.one server, fat tall guy need to learn how to talk to customer.

Beyond the shabby dining area and the assortment of strong fishy smells, is a genuine canteen for the common man serving southern fish delicacies.
The servers have a constant smile on their face and are eager to keep pouring refills on your banana leaf. The fish is fresh and the masalas authentic.

Do give this place a chance.

Third class hygiene, may be students eat and spoil their health but as a tourist don't ever step in to this place

This is a joke of a seafood restaurant, one of the baddest I've ever been to tastewise, otherwise no comments or rather complaints on service, parking, or location, dunno if I opted for the wrong items (prawn ghee roast, Kane tawa, pomfret tawa) or the cook there had a bad hair day

The food joint speciality is sea food. The taste was good. We ordered two fish thali which consisted of pickle, dry prawns chutney, rice (white/ boiled) fish curry. A muru tawa fry, bangude tawa fry and squid ghee roast. Taste of tawa fry and thali was good but the ghee roast was sweet which i didn't like had raisins in it and it didn't taste like ghee roast either. The price quite was affordable all it costed was Rs 380 for this. They serve more rice if you want. Friendly atmosphere.

Excellent place who wants to try out sea fish dishes, taste is awesome and service is also very homely.

This is typical local hotel where you will get authentic tasty fish, chicken etc. Tried Anjal tawa fry, chicken kabab. Service is very good

Excellent sea food at affordable price. This place is always crowded though it is 1 km away from the Manipal campus. It is frequented by the staff, students and locals alike. You get all types of sea food, Chicken starters, veg rice items and authentic Mangalorean food.
Service is quick and food is like home cooked meal.
Ambiance is not suitable for fine dine as it is a lunch home setting.
Food is always fresh here.
One can give it a try if they want to taste the local cuisine.
