Domino's Pizza

I visit this cv raman nagar branch. They have taken the payment but not received order. I waited for 30 min then asked her about my order than found it she didn’t placed the order from her side.even after she was not ready to accept her mistake.

One of the worst ever experienced with.
They take more than an hour to deliver ur order. Experience many times.
They serve cold food via delivery.
They don't have valid phone number to enquire late delivery.
Do not order thr dominoes app,
Trust me it's honest review.
I rarely post review.

Delivery is always late from this store.
This time they didn't delivery my order.
There was no proper number to contact. None of the numbers were working.
Even dominos doesn't have a proper customer care number.
After i registered a complaint via mail, the store manager called me and requested me that instead of cancelling the order and refunding the money, he will send the same order whenever i want it.

I 've been calling him since yesterday evening and he is not responding.
Is this how they treat the customers.

Please don't order online from this outlet they do quality variance. Today we ordered 1560 rs pizza for home delivery but they sent the only pizza base without cheese and there was hardly any topping on that. Worst experience ever had. They cheated us. And they are cheating others

NEVER EVER DO ONLINE DELIVERY FROM THIS STORE. MINIMUM 1.5 HRS THEY WILL TAKE FOR DELIVERY. N MOREOVER ITS NOT FRESH. TASTES REALLY BAD. N ITS NOT HOT. I'VE ORDERED 3 TIMES SO FAR. 3 TIMES SAME RESULT. THEY WILL NEVER CHANGE OR IMPROVE. DECIDED NEVER TO GO WITH DOMINO'S AGAIN.

I had just ordered Mexican Greenwave pizza through Phonepay and I got the wrong pizza with mushrooms (May be Farmhouse). And it was really bad as I dont like Mushrooms. I tried contacting Dominos and Phonepay. I am not getting any response from both of them. I lost Rs. 500+. Thinking of not ordering again and suggesting others too.

Overcrowded. You have to wait long to get your order may be staff is short or they gives priority to delivery service first

Food's decent, not as good as it used to be, don't recommend white pasta as it's become pretty soggy and has too much residual oil

Never ever order from this place. They never ever deliver on time (So much for 30 mins delivery)! No point calling the store cause no response! Pathetic service!

It’s like any other domino’s, good to be have pizza once a while.cheese burst is tasty but should work out for 3 hrs to burn those calories.

I have ordered so many times and at every time they are delivering the pizza within 25-30 minutes. I think their delivery boys are so familiar with the areas. Also since I am a vegetarian so I will suggest to pick only deluxe veggies pizza. It is at khagadaspura road near cv Raman Nagar bus stand.

Please dont vist this place. Their service is horrible and worst. Will spread a word to all to never visit this place.

I had ordered pizza for my kids through swiggy order nno 375.i had placed the order around 9.21and right now it's 11.36 still no pizza.guess we will all be starving especially the kids whom I promised will have a pizza soon
Highly.disappointed i am feeling inspite of calling several times i was being lied to.please guys don't even think.bout ordering from there liars.i am sure you have other pizza outekts who will give you better deals.

It's really sad i am not asking for a free pizza i have paid these guys money for the same.
Atleast keep your customers informed way before hand that you won't be able to deliver than to keep them waiting.

Getting a message that Humayun is on his way to deliver after a while his tracking shows the pizza is delivered to whom i have no clue.

Worst outlet of Domino's didnot deliver the order even after 2 hrs
Was starving and this is the third time but still no improvement shown in delivery, never expected this, and will not suggest people to depend on this outlet for home delivery

Worst outlet ever in entire Domino's chain! They have an outlet number which no one bothers to pick! Consider yourself lucky if you get your order delivered on time, mine went up to 90 and still was ticking!

Service is too slow, i visited the store and ordered the pizza, they commited 15 minutes, but delivered after 40 minutes

Worst experience with this outlet. Staff are literally fools and not at all good with customers. Pathetic service.

Worst service, very late delivery, still baking my pizza after 45min, and they guarantee 30min delivery, wake up customers, will report in consumer forum.

5+1 stars, as the team here is so caring and sensible! Visited today on birthday of my 8 year old son. Domino's team displayed his name as customer, gave him a gift and clicked photos. It was 9 p.m. Of their working day, they may have been tired but still they made it a memorable evening!

This particular branch of Dominos pizza is so bad that you will feel like registering a FIR against them. First of all they don't pickup your call when you order online and call from your registered number. Second things they always deliver late when you have placed an order online. And lastly they don't listen to your complains and simply say sorry sir, next time we will deliver.
EDIT: They delivered cold pizza with 50% of toppings.

My money has been deducted and Dominos has accepted my order. I dint receive the order till 11: 19pm and later the option popped up as Re-order. I tried calling Dominos almost like 10 times but nobody responded. I am extremely disappointed as nobody informed me from Dominos the order will be delayed as they have to give me free Pizza as its already past 30 mins. I was not looking for free pizza thats the reason I payed for the food. Order number - 228

Well this place had an amazing makeover. Refer the pics posted by me.

It’s no longer the old one with smaller seating area. It’s now a classy place with good western style interior.

It’s has online order kiosk. Place is clean and well lighted. There are a total of 5 ordering places, so lesser queue.

You can see how your pizza is being made as it has an open kitchen visible through glass.

Believe me if you have visited this place in past it’s time to visit again and change your opinion. With yum and tasty pizza you have a great ambience and expats well.

Good place for hangout with friends and affordable pizzas. With various options in Veg & Non Veg Pizzas. Choco lava cake is must try for everyone!

Pizza's arent in good quality and very very worst i felt like ate a plain dough nothing is there and i couldnt feel like they were using cheese or not worst place and there is no parking they have full of delivery bikes over there even we cant park a bike and tiny place seating is not comfortable waste of money in this Dominos.worst quality pizza.

Place and ambience is OK but I didn't get hot Pizzas even while dining in, it took them almost 35 minutes to serve Pizzas
