Domino's Pizza

Very small place and taste is also not like how it used to be before. It's also not worth for money we are paying. We can eat multiple items with same cost at other place.

Very very very poor service. They took more than 1.5 hours to deliver and didn’t even acknowledge 30 mins guarantee.

I have mix opinion about this place.
Pros:
Very calm place, they have only three table to serve in this Domino's.
I think, they mostly use this for online orders.

Cons:
This Domino's does not take offline order, they only accept online order from app.

It is very small place only 2 tablets are available for dine in and only online order will placed they didn't take offline order.

Delievry came very late. Pizaa and garlic bread were cold. They promised a refund but said i will have to collect the pizza and theybwill not be delivering. All in all a very bad experience

This particular outlet is located at a weirdly distant location. It is a very small outlet too. Only 2 tables are there for sitting purposes. The staff was very nice though, they were polite and patient.

Pizza is awesome one thing to keep in mind wile dining here this is cloud kitchen for Domino so very less space is there. And you have to place order online.
Staff are good. And make Pizza with love.

You can't even find the location unless you're desperate.
Probably a very small Pizza Smoketeria where you can smell some dough and barbeque.

Location is hidden so be patient enough to find it.

It's never seen.it's so inside.hard to find out.n the service over there was not good.every order even for sauce it has to ordered through online.it was frustrating as well the mood to hv priza was almost gone.it's good for only delivery purpose.not dine in and hv there.

Don't ever take pizza from here, late delivery and cold pizza, also they alter toppings and ask sorry after delivery

Really irresponsible people here. I had gone there for take away. Waiting for 15 mins to place the order but no one there, later one guy came and asked me place the order online. Really sucks.

Not a good place to have pizzas and certain food products were not available. Totally disappointed by the ventilation too.

30 mins delivery after 4 days.
I ordered from this place on swiggy on 3rd October. The order was marked as delivered at one hour mark but I didn't get the order anytime. A person called me from a random number and told me that he's the delivery person and requires the address over whatsapp. That is a very grey area. I tried calling the store multiple times but they didn't pick up the phone. So, please let me know how this can be resolved at the earliest.
On 7th October, I got it delivered.

I dropped in the shop for takeaway as delivery from this particular branch is very bad. They don't pick up phn or take more than 2 hours to deliver at my house which is 500 Mtr away.
Staff are not friendly.
Ordered Stuffed Garlic bread and was disappointed to see the missing stuffing inside the Bread.
The main Ingredients was missing I.e. Cheese. They put cheese only on one side that also too less in quantity. There was no other ingredients inside it. Highly disappointed.
I know this is nothing to do with Domino's but with this particular branch. Now I pick my food from Domino's at nearby Spice Garden Branch and I am satisfied.

At main road, easy to reach but not clean tables and chairs. Ordered and received within 10mnts of our order. It was yummy delicious pizza

Extremely poor service. The behaviour of the executive was rude, my pizza was not delivered on time. Domino’s needs to take some strong steps to improve its services. I have placed my order at 8: 22and then when I did not receive the order by 9: 00 as well, I decided to raise a query at the chat box in the application. I have received a store number and I tried calling on the number several times but I didn't work. There was a number on my invoice as well and that was also invalid.
I was so upset, I tried calling customer care or something to track my order but nothing helped. Finally after one hour i.e I got a call from the store executive. He asked us if we wanna cancel the order or should he still deliver it. He wasn't even sorry. He was behaving like he’s doing a favour on us. This is not at all expected from Dominos. His behaviour was very rude.
I hope Domino's will work on improving it's services. If you are not capable of delivering our order then please don't accept it. And the numbers mentioned don't work at all so please do something abt that too.

This was my worst experience everrrr.

Worst staff and rude behavior. Pizza tastes worst. Doesn't taste like domino's pizza. Frnds don't waste your valuable time and money

Worst service i have seen of dominos. Once they dont deliver two items and next time they dont even bothered to deliver the order. Then finally it was delivered 3 hrs later after multiple calls.

Dominos and especially this store doesn't even deserve a star. Dominos is looting India with substandard products and services, selling us unhealthy food at cheap prices. Help and support to stop this exploitation, follow #stopeatingdominos on Facebook and Twitter.

The store generally delivers wrong orders / extremely late deliveries/ missing toppings, in general a substandard pizza almost every time. More recently they delivered my pizza undercooked and non-cheeseburst after more than 90 mins. The store guy made me dig through every slice of my pizzas to prove it was not cheeseburst, drive at 11 in the night to the store and not be there himself. No grievance handling, no refunds, no apologies. Completely ruined my family's dinner!
