We ordered Choco lava cake and veg loaded pizza from there and the cake was pathetic tbh and the pizza was also not worth the price.overall the experience was

They deny taking orders on the store.
We were made to wait for over 30-45 minutes in the queue even after you get the message that your order is ready. Doesn't feel like Domino's standard at all. Please avoid this place and avoid Domino's. Poor customer service. Poor management.

Had horrible delivery experience and unable to reach the store to raise a concern. Had to travel to the store to get the issue resolved. Never expected this from an MNC.

Very frustrated and disappointed with my experience here. I had to repeat my order 3 times. The person at the billing counter was not able to understand what I was saying and struggling with the billing computer, I'm not sure why. I repeated the order multiple times and pointed at the item in the menu as well. Finally when he understood my order he took my phone number and name. There was another person interrupting me while I was placing my order. The person at the billing left my order and started taking the other person's order and I was left standing there. I was so frustrated that I walked away. The billing person didn't care as I walked out.

My suggestion to people coming here - be prepared to keep waiting forever for your order being noted

The tragedy doesn't end here. Hoping for a better delivery experience, I ordered lunch from here. I got a call saying it will be delivered in 2 hours as there is no delivery person available. How bad is this? Dominos says 20 mins delivery guaranteed and people from the restaurant say 2 hours. That too at 1.30 pm. Its not even late odd hours

Overall experience is too bad … I experienced this kind of things thrice. 2 times in store they are not handling customer properly or not even handling food properly. Domino’s you need to take action on this kind of outlet.

One time issue with online order. They are simply lying.

I had ordered and didn’t get the order within 35 mins.they missed it and promised me that I would get the refund as points in the wallet within 7 days. I approached them after 7 days and the manager asked me to call customer care. 2 weeks 2 calls 2 tickets registered and it hasn’t been addressed yet. I haven’t got any calls. Awaiting for your (team Dominos) reply to this comment

Workers don't know how to behave while customer is having pizza worst experience workers use abusive words in front of customer don't they have some common sense this will be my last time to Domino's to 8th mile branch

This outlet is worst.here they are not selling pizza.they are selling bread bases. Dont buy pizzas. Domino's please take my concern.this outlet is making Domino's name down.if it's continue u will lost.i will suggest Andhrahalli Domino's Pizza.that location was making pizza very cheesy and stuffing also good.

Can you provide outlet manager contact number i have ordered pizza and veg parcel but i didn't receive the veg parcel the delivery guy mentioned it's missed i will make sure i will inform the outlet and get refund and it's been 4days i haven't received any refund and i have raised a issue no one called me till now what kind of scam this outlet is making

Untidy place, the staff was making pizza without gloves, people were working without covering hairs.unhygienic place.food wasn't appealing and tasty

Not recommended. Interior is not clean.
They don't cook the pizza properly and stuffing is not added enough quality and quantity of pizza is bad.
Taste is also not good as compared to other outlets which are near by

Very disappointed with this outlet, they barely put cheese and toppings, it feels like eating only base, no proper response to complaint raised, tablets are not cleaned immediately.

There are better Domino's outlets around the area with better service.

Staff need training on customer service and importantly how to keep up the taste and quality of the pizza. They just throw something on the base because they have to.

Food was great as usual, but store was not managed properly. Not clean at all. Other Bangalore Domino's stores near me, have good ambience, very clean and glitters. This store was not cleaned, very dusty windows, meal packs not picked n put to dustbin after the previous customer left and before next customer wanted a seating. Some employees were sitting ducked below the counter and were engaged in phone. Only the one in the counter, who was billing was actively working. Washroom was fine, washed and kept near.

Waited their for pizza around 30min and paid amount too. Later they said online 3rd party payment is not acceptable.
Worst experience from Domino's

The lady who took the order was completely unprofessional. She is more worried about everything else than taking an order. The tables and floors were very dirty.
The present staff needs proper training, as they are adjusted to local student attitudes and show the same.

Not bad u can visit once, but serving of pizzas is too late. Domino's wants to improve man power.

Very clumpsy space and the staffs are not at all responsive. Tables are not clean. We had to go and tell the staff to clean the table.

Spend time with kids near domino pizza is best. As a team cook with happily they serve happy happy best part for me ni stress

Small outlet of domino's here. Mostly serving as a kitchen for delivery. Has a few tables.
Parking is limited in the area.
