Domino's Pizza

I had asked to place an order based on Everyday Value Offer for 2 medium sized Pizza's with Fresh Pan base, with 2 small sized Pepsi but still the bill was around 1310, which seems a lot for 2 pizza's and 2 Pepsi that too under Everyday Value Offer. Also, the bill provided didn't mention the amount for the items. A very disappointing experience altogether.

Very dissopinted.i dont know her name one order taking girl in reception she dont know how to calculate bill amount.iam totally dissopointed.i wont visit again.

The staff is courteous an friendly. Everything else is what you expect from any other dominoes pizza outlet. They have pizzas at not so small prices but manageable either way. Order from here it's fine. But to dine out here is a but difficult due to parking issues in here. If you are in a bike it's fine, but I don't think there a car parking available here

Slow service at this particular dominos, they should have staff that actually appreciate customers coming here, the lady working the counter seemed to be annoyed with anyone coming there

Worst customer service ever. U order a meal and they miss something in that and tell it will be refunded but they won't refund it. Manager Mr. Dheeraj doesn't know how to talk with customers.u order and they cancel it talking rude telling it cannot be delivered to ur area.

Not to depend on this Domino's if you are looking for 30min delivery. My order number is 269 on 28th Dec'19. Placed order at 9pm and got an update about delivery at 9: 30pm. Looks like it was picked at 9: 20pm but the delivery contact was roaming around without delivery. I have called this Domino's over phone, they are picking and just disconnected without even listening to order or why there is call. Finally the order was delivered at 9: 55pm only!

The shop is bit moody.sometimes they will offer good quality product and sometime bad.also the time they take varies

I love pizza but the delivery guy was horrible. It was just one time. Otherwise Domino's has always been my go to place.

Food is the usual like the other restaurants. The lady at the counter was sweet but the place appeared to have been understaffed as many of the tables weren't cleaned well after the occupants had left. Hoping for a better experience next time.

Can get too crowded somedays, but food is worth the wait, economical as well! Their pizza mania offer is every college students' savior!

In this domino's outlet people are good in service and maintaining good quality too. Staff are welcoming. In main road. So easy accessible

Nice flavor which stands apart from the rest of the pizza shops. Seasoning they use is simply amazing. I recommend going to this shop once in a month. You will definitely enjoy this beautiful shop and it's rich foods.

At the store right now. Super slow service and the staff is pretty arrogant.not welcoming or warn at all! One of the few dominos stores that I'm very disappointed with.

Behaviour of staffs are not good. They don't have swiping machine then I gave money but they don't have proper change. That attender is showing attitude while asking for payment methods. Totally poor service

This store is very close to my place so I ordered pizza from this store and i found that they denied order saying that "sir your order cannot be delivered bcz your location is out of our reach" though it is just 2km hardly or may be it was because of traffic they can't deliver it within 30min.
Finally i had to reach at their store and take my order bcz i was too hungry and had paid them already!

Fast service, usually it is not much crowdy because everyone goes to koramangala dominos which is near by hence your order comes fast. And it is on the main Tavarekere road so parking is easy to find

A really nice place. Also being a food chain, it holds it's quality. You can order ahead, which is a really great thing. Place is roadside and easily accessible. It is maintained nicely and the place is clean. The staffs are good too.

Not such a great place to hangout.it's not clean and pizzas are bit small compared to other outlet pizzas. They did not bake my pizza properly and you can easily tell that by looking at the crust.

Very pathetic delivery service on busy days. They say more topping but you can refer to the image. They don't consider regular or simple veg pizza as an order. Just careless staff & Manager.

But exceptional case they deliver on time if you order doesn't has regular pizza

Pizzas were freshly prepared but the size isn't normal compared to other outlets. They were a bit small and thin. You can see clearly while they are preparing that they aren't really pressing the dough in a round fashion

The pizzas were alright.
Found the attitude of the cleaning staff appalling. We had to wait a long time for cleaning person to appear and when he finally showed up, he did a pretty shoddy job and glared at us when we pointed the areas left unclean. I don't know if he was angry at someone or just grumpy or tired, whatever the reason no customer should be treated the way he treated us.
Even though rest of the staff was ok, I won't go back to dine in at this outlet in a hurry.

I have been there for the first time and it's nice place while it takes online order and the orders r most disciplined

I placed an order from this store of Domino's and immediately I got a message which said that my order will be delivered in 30minutes. The order was placed at 3pm and it was delivered at 5pm. There was no communication from the restaurant about the delay. I had to follow up 3 - 4 times and they responded by saying that the order will be delivered on 10 min. But, there was no sign of Domino's nor did they call me back. Finally I had to call them and get the number of their delivery guy. He said he will be at my place in 5 min. He was true to his words and my order was finally was delivered. I would have left the issue there considering an operational issue at there store. But, the store guy called me and started abusing me for writing a feedback about the delay on the Domino's app. And not even once did he apologise for the late delivery. This is one of the worst store of Domino's in koramangala for customer experience and feedback acceptance.

Actually i like pizzas, around 15 times i have tasted regular pm panner pizza at this place. The size of pizza is standard but the quantity of panner they are giving vary from each and every order so this is not my expectation and they have to take necessary steps to maintain some initiative to maintain same standard.

Ordered Many times from this Outlet. But this time today 4/26/2018 the Delivery Person Mr. Kiran delivered within time and had a welcoming gesture. Really happy about the Service. Kudos Kiran. Thanks ;)

You will find the best pizza in the cheapest budget possible. My personal favorites are golden corn pizza and chicken sausage and butter scotch mousse. Other economical pizzas include planner and onion and other veg and nonveg mania pizzas. Overall, one of the best places to hangout with friends or family.

Regular pizza outlet with basic amenities. The staff is knowledgeable, co-operative. Not much of a rush. Situated on main road. No car parking.

All time fav for chicken BBQ Pizza and Peri Peri Chicken wings is the one reason I be here and the next would be that they except Sodexo card

Delivery is fast as the place is less crowded most of the time but the taste of Pizza is not good here. I am a regular customer of Domino's but i didn't like the Pizza of this facility very much.

Good team work by Dominos Pizza, it's a great place to kill time an make memorable moments along with them.
Loved the atmosphere, diffnetly a loveable place.
I'm very happy visit this place for no reasons.
