Domino's Pizza

Domino’s pizzas are gone two low in there standards. Zero cleanliness, it has becomes worst. It was very disappointing when we saw ketchup bottles was in the worst condition and it has spoiled aswel.

That have to really work on hygiene.

Worst service, and there are no enough workers, and tables are not clean, they will not clean even if we ask them, there is no workers in the counter, we have to wait 30 to 40 mints to get our pizza, they need 20 mints to take our order, and the food quantity is not good, even if we are waiting at the counter there no response, workers are not good with treating customers worst Domino's ever.

These fellows here don’t know how to manage customers. Either everyone will be preparing pizza or everyone will be at the counter.not properly tracking orders.not delivering to customers on time.waste fellows

Worst pizza i have ever had. It was completely in cold condition and packing was not even sealed. How can they deliver this type of food to customers?

Ordered Peppy Paneer Pizza worth RS 259.got Basic 50 rs worth of Pizza.when called back.they just sorry and will not happen again.sorry will not get my money back or Pizza ordered by kids.

One of the worst service experienced with dominos chain of stores.staff are very lethargic, most of the time staffs are busy and no one is available at counter, self serve machine doesn't work.after 15 mnts of struggle my order was placed, post that I had to wait for 30 mnts approx.atleast they need to keep us posted that's the sign of good customer service

Worst experience - confirmed order, not delivered - Online order no 250, date April 14,2022 - 45 minutes of order placed status showed: order confirmed - after 45 minutes - not able to track order - it's been 1 hour of wait - Domino's customer care not able to reach the store owner - Domino's customer care representative not able to assure whether the order will be delivered neither initiated refund

The order was cancelled by the staff by mistake was the explanation given when we went in person to check why order was not supplied in time, it was a pre order placed in keeping in guest arrival time in mind.
It was a total disaster by Domino's and made our day a bad day.
I don't know how these things happen@ Domino's Pizza ullal road branch.
No exact reason why the order was cancelled was given at the counter.

I too agree.this is not a best place any day.infact Say NO to Domino's. Very bad customer service and bad quality.highly recommend Simply Namdhari's best pizza and good quality with content.

In my experience i have tried many Pizzas places, i would say that the service and quality has gone down for the price. Even the lighting was sharp on my eyes and they refused to listen to our concern to turn off the disturbing light.
If i compare it Simply Namdhari i would have paid just 1/3rd the price for the same pizza and with free sauce.
Domino's refused to give any dip or even sauce sachet for free. A dip costs Rs 30, i think this is definitely not suitable for the normal man in Bangalore. I would recommend Pizza Hut or Simply Namdhari anyday.

If there was a 0 star I would give that only. The worst experience one can can get in dine in, in any of the dominos outlets ever.
Please change the useless staff here. Staff is full of useless people not being in sync what so ever.
My order was a small veg pizza which took them 45 mins to make.
Just a horrible experience overall.

Totally unhygienic, carelessness of staff towards customer, delay in taking order n serving food, rates displayed in menu & digital board is totally different.billing staffs are unaware of the fact n fail to explain why it is so.worst experience

A new addition to Ullal main road. It was much needed since the ones in Nagarbhavi and Kengeri never bothered to deliver post Vidyaniketan School.
The interiors have a fresh look, looks modern and trendy.
Domino’s by the brand is known for their quality Pizzas. Hope the service is maintained. Warm welcome to them.
