Domino's Pizza

I ordered pizza and mousse cake thru Swiggy from Dominos Pizza. But when i got the order i got 2 pizzas as the mousse cake was Out of Stock which i wasnt informed. I returned the 2nd Pizza as I have not ordered that. When I contacted the support the agent said I would get the refund in 24 hrs. Post 24 hrs again I contacted the support as refund was not credited to my account. He said the credits will go to the Dominos wallet. I am not using the Dominos App and I have ordered through Swiggy. The agent said in my next order i can use the credits. This seems to be a nice marketing strategy were I am forced to use an app just because the refund goes to a different app which I am not using. So to redeem this 100 credit points i should order and have a bill of 200 including tax. Dominos.nice marketing strategy and hats off to the advisor who gave this idea, making ppl fool and forcing them to download the app and place an order and use the credits despite being faulty by showing an out of stock item available and makign ppl order that.

Pizzas were good but bad very bad customer service by Ms Pooja, Indiranagar branch, very rude behaviour, just asked for a information and she got so frustrated
Hope she learns how to behave with the customers, totally unprofessional

One of the Dominos pizza outlet in Bangalore which serves pizza with appropriate amount of cheeze and toppings.

I ordered chicken garlic corn garlic bread.but there is no corn.this is second time. I'm so disappointed really so bad.

While the atmosphere and the view is good, their service was poor, the stuff we should have gotten for free was given only after we asked them 3 times, good service is expected when someone places a total order of Rs 1500+ and the pizza toppings were less compared to other Dominos places I have visited.

Very very poor service they canceled my order after 1hr of waiting and it was 12am so other places also were closed they didn't pick my call nor information me of the cancelation they told me they will refund the money after 4-7. Extremely rude and 1 can surely get better pizzas for better prices and service and ambience else where. Quality and service both are bad and the guy who finally picked up call after so many times of me calling was Extremely rude and arrogant
I had to sleep hungry that night
Bonus points- many of my friends who ate there got food poisoning and now completely stopped going here

The worst outlet possible, workers are totally absent minded took 15 mins to take an order when there was no rush at all. I guess dominos is slacking off, should have went to pizza hut rather.

When u are hungry plz don't come here, and if your looking for good definitely don't come here. It's time dominos takes strict action on its lazy employees. Dominos is loosing brand now. WORST!

I recently ordered the Farmhouse Pizza from Domino's and was extremely disappointed with both the pizza and the service. The pizza was lacking any salt or flavor, making it taste bland and unappetizing. On top of that, when I called to complain about the pizza, the manager I spoke to was incredibly rude and dismissive of my concerns. When I asked him why pizza was lacking salt he told me that their pizzas don't contains salt and they can't offer salt as well. Instead of offering to make it right or even apologizing, they were argumentative and defensive. This is unacceptable behavior for a manager and left me feeling disrespected and frustrated. I won't be ordering from this Domino's location again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

Employees continued to misguide me. I got a SMS confirmation stating food is ready for dine in but over the counter she said that it's a default message we send.
Pizza was not good when compared to what Domino's offer usually.
The place could have been clean.
I would choose to avoid this outlet in particular for the kind of service received.

Staff member was very rude. And came to my place spoke to me very rudely and took back the pizzas that I ordered.

I am writing this with regret and i hope you read this with shame

I have placed an order on 19th april with order id 94 via zomato. I have not recieved any order delivered nor did i recieve any refund. Shameless, dominos support was contacted multiple times and multiple tickets were raised starting from 19th april. Till today 25th of april, i have not recieved refund of rs 301 to my account nor is it initiated. Everytime i have raised a concern. I was informed that i will be contacted soon and refund will be given and then the ticket was getting closed. This is extreme fraud and shamelesness frm the store and dominos. If you have any shame left, pls initiate refund ASAP

Love all the varieties of the pizza. Especially fresh pan pizza with extra cheese golden corn.

I ordered two pizzas from Domino's but after 40 to 45 minutes i hadn't receive any pizza when I want to report to Domino's but no body pickup my call i didn't expect this from Domino's

No seperate section for veg and non veg. They don't use gloves aswel. They did not serve my Order for long time. Bad experience

The staffs were really good & their service too. The food was also like other domino’s branch.

I would like to call it a good topping pizza,
But disappointment is towards the crust
I personally did not like the crust,
Causing extra amount of time in chewing than any other usual pizza from Domino’s

I would like to rate this experience 2.5/5
May be they can improvise better crust for even more better quality service.

Worst Domino’s outlet ever visited! They don’t provide ketchup for dine in customers. Customers are forced to purchase ketchup sachets.
In outlet you don’t get water to drink! Which is a basic requirement!

It was quite a pathetic experience I'd.
It took me half an hour to give an order.
No proper staff are there.

Visited this branch for second time but disappointed. Less topping and less cheese compared to first visit

Just like any other Domino's good pizza with the waiting time.
Plenty of seating and good ambience as long as there aren't any crazy customers around.
Staff is attentive and quick to respond.

They have sent burnt chocolava cake on 8/1/23 and Someone called me as I raised an complaint (waited 2 days) regarding that and they promised for offer. Now he is not picking the call and Indiranagar outlet is not responding to calls. I really hope this never repeats. And to Indiranagar out kindly add up contact number and it’s really disgusting how no one take responsibility for that. Domino’s have one of the worst costumer care EVER. Never ordering again from them

Domino's is always my favourite spot thanks for the delicious pizza's i loved it

Firstly, I wanted to say there is no proper maintenance in the washroom. I don't know how ladies can go. Secondly the pizza's are not that much good as we get in other domino's. The below one is parota pizza which I ordered and you can see how the image of this shown in website.
