Went there with the family. The extended family had visited this family a few times earlier and hence recommended. But the experience was not as to what one expects from a dhaba. The food lacked appeal and taste. No one really enjoyed.
Was not at all hygienic food was not cooked properly very bad experience, the cashier gave us discount after feed back, don't go to this daba with family
One of the best chicken curry Dhaaba Chicken. I reached around 11: 50pm. It’s safe for family. Good Punjabi food. Value for money. Must try for foodies.
Excellent food taste in this dhaba and prompt service. For sure you will find the real taste of punjab here. Worth every penny! It has been ages that i sat on jute manji.remembered my good old days of Delhi.
We were returning from Mandaragiri, reached this place around 9.30 am Guess late for Breakfast and too early for lunch For Breakfast they serve just parathas.which tastes good.definitely miss the butter, some pickle, curd and some good curry with it.
Wanted kido to experience the dhaba experience. Ratings as below
1st time experience of Sitting on charpai for kido 8/10 Paratha was 7/10. Definitely can be better. Curry 3/10 (bland and no flavour) Lassi 9/10
A very good place, location wise excellent, right beside NH4. Ambience has been set up very well like a typical dhaba. They have both dhaba style cots and separate individual huts for families and small groups. Service is excellent. We ordered two types of French Fries - spicy and non spicy. Tasted well but had easy too much of oil. Paneer Chilli was gravy type. Paneer tasted very fresh and the gravy was amazing. Gobi Chilli was ok. Bindi fry wasn't typical one. It was more like a subzi up be eaten with chapati. Roti was too good, fresh and crispy. Capsicum masala and yellow dal fry were very tasty with apt amount of spices. Adrak chai and Lassi were again amazing.
Good food. Butter roti was authentic punjabi. The dal makhani was quite delicious as well. Other dishes we ordered were garlic chicken, veg fried rice and egg chilly. All were good to have. Also ordered lassi which was sweet, thick and topped with dry fruits. All dishes reasonably priced as well. We left satisfied.
This one is absolutely for the boy's on the way to get a quick punhabi food. A lot of course correction is needed for making it a complete family dhaba. Be aware! It's no no to alcohol.
It's a hygienic dhaba that you can stop by with family. Service is super quick and food is great. Loved the sev bhaji, dal makhni along with hot rotis off the tandoor. Some of the gravies seemed very thin but didn't lack flavor. I believe it's because they don't use cashew paste/corn starch unlike other restaurants to thicken the gravy. Their lassi and chaas are good too. They also serve non-veg on request (cooked separately) although you may not be able to find it on the menu.
Food was not good, specially Nonveg items. Chicken pieces were too small even sometimes u ll feel like u are having Chicken soup. Whatever you order in chicken main course item, You ll get same gravy. We tried 3 Chicken items but all were same in taste, was not any difference at all. Service was ok but price is higher than other Dhabas on same route.
Very good taste of garlic chicken nd butter naan nd delicious taste of daal makhani.it was the good experience nd especially kheer nd lassi asli panjabi
