Dotted i

I ordered the gift on 19th Dec and it was supposed to be delivered on 20th Dec but still has not been delivered. I am trying to reach them but no response from the dottedi people.

They are always available and very professional. I love the fact that I can plan my party and not just get stuck with whatever the planner has already done for me. Dotted i makes party planning wonderful.

It helps me plan both small and large events with ease. I am able to plan an event in no time with this tool. It is also a great resource for those who are planning their own events, as it helps them save time. This event management company is great for planning an event! They have a variety of themes that they offer, and they are able to help me find the perfect theme for my event. The company is also very responsive, so when I sent them an emails, they responded back quickly. They're the best planners.

We ordered a birthday cake from Dotted I. They were very unresponsive. After the order was paid for online, we didn’t receive any confirmation. Emails and calls were not returned. Finally, they responded by WhatsApp one day before the party that the cake was confirmed. When we asked when it would be delivered they didn’t respond. On the day of the party, we tried many times to reach them. It took many calls for them to answer. They said they would send the cake by 4. It is 6: 15, the party has started and still no cake and no response. Some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. We can only hope that the cake reaches and that it will be good.

We finally got the cake, but my friend had to call them 19 times in a row before they responded. How did you try and call us? We tried the two phone numbers we had for and on WhatsApp as well. We don't have any missed calls from you, except for earlier today around 2pm to which we promptly responded. Your claim also doesn't address your general lack of responsiveness. How much time do you need to revert? You promised to send the cake by 4pm and we had not heard from you at 6: 15.

I had been to Sthira’s birthday party & the decor was by DOTTEDi & it looked so enchantingly beautiful!

Products are really good but not the service. I had ordered Agate Platter along with the Card (paid extra) and the delivery was for 25 Jan/26 Jan. After multiple follow ups the product got delivered on 27 Jan but there was no card. They have just printed the message on A4 sheet. I have informed the same to their representative as well but then there was no response (not even apology). Initially, I was very excited while placing the order but now disappointed with the service. Will not opt for their service again. Think before placing the order.

I have just visited the studio and i’m literally in awe. The studio is so aesthetically decorated and the service is impeccable. You definitely have to come here, the gifts are so unique and the ideas are out of the box. I personally love the Home and Wedding section. This place is a must-visit if you have gifts or experiences you want to plan!

I wanted to plan a surprise for my husband’s birthday and didn’t have the time with my busy work schedule. A friend of mine told me about dottedi and I can’t thank her enough. All I did was give theme the invitation list and told them what I had I had in mind and my husband had the best birthday ever! Everything thing was so well organized. Invitations sent out, reminders sent. Decor was amazing. Food was delicious and the cake was out of this world. Their chocolate cake is to die for! Everyone had so much fun with the interactive fun games and entertainment. Will definitely recommend dottedi. Glad to have such a service available!
