Great experience in stay. Delicious fooding and cozy and royal lodging. Will return again and again.

This is such a rubbish place with very rubbish staff, literally non helping and rude, dont even know how to greet their customers. Specially their restaurant staff people very cheap and badtamiz. Deepa who is the head staff in their restaurant, when i called her, she responded ja wo bula rai hai to the other boy, is this the way to behave in such cheap language. I will never recommend anyone to come here and take their services. And i will never ever come again.

Beautiful property for business visits especially. Nice staff, amazing restaurant and food spread. Ample parking space, location is perfectly placed near Sarjapur bellandur junction.

Opted for Buffet paying exorbitantly high price, didn't feel anything like 5 Star, and the food was super average. The rooftop area is nice and offers good view, got swimming pool as well.

The location makes this hotel a favourite for business visitors. The hotel offers all amenities necessary for a business trip. The restaurant staff is really cordial and goes the extra mile to help guests with specific and personalised dining requirements.

We had visited this place for lunch yesterday. They had a very limited menu. The food served was of below quality. Noodles was too oily, Non-Veg starters was pathetic, Pasta was undercooked and there was housefly all over the restaurant. The service as well was pretty bad. Overall we were completely dissatisfied. Absolutely not worth the brand.

I travelled for the business trip here. The rooms are really good. Also, their breakfast and dinner buffet is just awesome.

Whenever I visit Bengalore for business travell, I always stay here. Each & every staff is very welcoming. I always enjoyed my stay here.

Horrible stay at apparently a 5start hotel with stupendous staff and very very poorly maintained rooms.
The staff had zero clue about the booking packages they upload on to travel websites and even went as far as to deny us the inclusions.
1. Our booking had one way airport transfer listed on booking voucher. When we asked them to make the arrange the drop off, they started arguing and proposed that we are lying about it. They wanted us to send the booking voucher even though they should have the same info available in their systems. Post that they argued, a 5 star hotel staff, that they haven't created any such package and only agreed after 20min conversation. This is heights of stupendous and incompetence.
2. If you want to order room service you have to pay for the food right at the moment it comes to your room and it can't be charged to your room. This is the first time I have come across this applausable (sarcasm) rule.
3. The rooms are in high need of being refurbished. The bathroom tap, shower heads have calcium deposits, so much so that I had to request for a change in room since they were not functional. The furniture in rooms are partially damaged.

It's a good place to stay but not much to do! The service took a lot of time for anything that we ordered and the lunch served was a bit cold. It's a clean hotel if you're visiting the city but there are better options out there.

Definitely visit the spa. That's one worth it place inside the hotel

Horrible experience from the front desk people. Our luggage was not sent to our room for about an hour, I had to personally get it myself. Reception never picks up the phone in the first instant, you need to dial 3-4 times. Room service personnel are good and prompt. Overall value for money for business travellers.

We were moving back from the US after 10 years and choose to stay at DoubleTree in a family suite for first 20 days as we find out our permanent residence. They say start matters, me and my wife remember and cherish moments we landed in Bangalore and our experience with DoubleTree began there. They had sent a big SUV, stuffed with snacks as welcome, and this was at 3: 00 am in the morning and it certainly was quite welcoming. Check-in process, the rooms everything was almost pitch perfect as we settled in. Humility of the staff was a highlight, be it front desk, room service or restaurant. They also welcomed with cake for my daughter as a surprise “Welcome to India”. There is a store near reception, they gave her a small souvenir. I also remember the manager also clicked selfie with my daughter and gave a framed photo next morning before we left.

The rooms had good space, comfortable beds, washer, dryer, kitchen - nothing to complain. The restaurant was nice, quiet but lively. Breakfast was very good with wide variety. Dinner menu for vegetarians were not elaborate but it tastes well.

My daughter loved it so much that even after 2 years, when we cross the Hotel, she wants to go back and relive the experience.

Highly recommend based on our experience, it has a bit luxury and also very Indian food for vegetarians.

Not well maintained for a 5 star hotel. The best part of the hotel is the rooftop pool and seating. Rooms were average maintained, corridors were smelling. Room service was bad considering the shortage of staff. Dinner was average, no starter items. Only one non veg item in main course was provided. Overall, an average hotel, one day stay is okay

The experience has just been great. The food, the cleanliness, the arrangements, the safety, the facilities, the "location", and above and beyond all the "people" will make sure you dont miss home doesnt matter you stay for 2 hours, 2 days or 2 months. A big shout out to everyone who has touched our lives. Dev and Julina and the team are doing a wonderful job. You can actually see how they love to do what they are doing. Just loved it. Hospitality of staff is fantastic. A group of friends had been here, we all enjoyed a lot. The cost is also very reasonable and weekend can be spent very well without any disturbance.

Rooms feel a little low on maintenance. Food quality is good but the service is a little slow. Rooms mist be given their due for area and balcony view though. Good suite feel even in low priced options.

Rooms are excellent. Food is good. However the service has to improve and I feel they are under staffed.

It was a pleasant and enjoyable experience. The staff were very cordial and very cooperative. Special mention of the pool boy who cleaned a part of the pool quickly upon request around 12 noon so I was able to use it. Dinner had only 1 non veg option but breakfast had a great array of various dishes and it was very filling. Kids play area was good and our kid enjoyed a lot. More additions are welcome.

Check In could have been a little smoother. But other than that the experience was amazing. Extremely clean. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is a highlight.

Very bad experience from Valet Parking… don’t give your car for valet parking.i lost my apple airpod pro.i am 100% sure its stolen by staff…
when i take car back from valet parking it was not in my car.and the manager told me it was my fault that you kept valuable things in car.okey i kept valuable things in it because its my car.how should they take from that.

I only report about valet parking. Stay, food, staff behaviour, clean and all are excellent i like that all.

Bday dinner disaster. I think I made the wrong choice.didn't expect pathetic service from Hilton where u have to struggle n follow up refill food in buffet counters.they accepted us inside when buffet closure was 45 mins away.but as soon as we reached buffet station most of the food counters were empty and they remained so even after multiple follow ups.staffs were on "no response" mode.we raised our frustration with the manager.she apologized and tried serving some of the things.somehow we managed with what was there n came out disappointed.only positive thing was what we ate was tasty except the starters which we received towards the end of our dinner

I had a long stay here for 7 days. The rooms are nice.
Breakfast buffet is good but same set of items everyday.
Dinner buffet is yummy. The desserts are really good. Chinese food I really loved over here.

Room service & room size, balcony view is great. Juliana is a very nice host. Very cooperative.

Every single staff is ensuring and double checking with us whether we are comfortable whenever we meet them. I stayed 4 different times so far. Very good hotel and their services are awesome. Studio room with kitchen and balcony. Rooms are decorated really very well and spacious. All hotel members are very nice and supportive. Food is costly so better to include your meal at the time of booking. Buffet was good and you will get varieties. Sharing few photographs.

My husband and I had a great stay at Hilton Sarjapur Bangalore. It was a long 3 weeks stay and the hotel staff made sure our stay was comfortable and smooth.
Special shoutout to the housekeeping staff Satya who made sure our room was well cleaned and sanitised as per need basis. Very polite person and 10/10 marks on his dedication to the routine work.
I am a cleanliness freak and was delighted to see that the hotel was super clean with sanitisers kept at strategic locations.
Would definitely visit again and highly recommend for vacation or short stay.

We went their for stay cation and celebrate our anniversary. Their staff if very helpful and polite. The food is also very nice. Price is also very reasonable.

We had an awesome stay at the hotel. From chech-in to check-out we felt so at ease. It was refreshing experience over a weekend. We enjoyed dinner and fulfilling breakfast and chilled at room only for rest of the day. I do want to appreciate Soumiya (at reception) who made our stay very comfortable from check-in itself. He is very good with customers I would stay. People at Asia Alive were also very courteous. Looking forward to visit again.

The dinner spread didn't have a lot of variety. The so called assorted bread basket only had naan and roti

Loved the buffet especially with the amazing 1+1 deal on the Gourment Pass. The spread had great variety and the food was really nice. The service was also prompt and the ambience just enhanced the entire experience.

A real Star rated hotel. This is the mansion for most foreigners in town. The Hygiene & Cleanliness were spotless. The food - truly world class. The staff - very friendly. A must visit for food and a must stay for a great experience. I spent 2 days for a training in this hotel. My experience was Awesome.

Stayed here last month for 3 nights for a business meeting - I booked A king one bedroom suite with balcony. I must say that I am disappointed with the amenities - it is filthy and showing stain marks all over the place. For those 3 nights, I did not use the dining table nor seat on the living room couch. It also has a distinct smell of onion and some other spice which made me really uncomfortable. I do have a strong reaction to dust and sneezes nonstop, obviously the room has a lot of it that made me really sick.
