We had already visited Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital previously and even we had undergone some eye Procedures and IOL with other Family Members too. We get Good care and Guidance for the same. The Consultants are Good and the Staff are co operative.

My dad got surgery done here, now he is fine, Dr archana madam the surgeon done for my father thanks to doctor and entire staff.

Very Very worst Experice with the staff.none of them are Experienced.
Careless staff to handle the patient.

The service rendered by the doctor is really good.but need to change the mindset of the pharmacy ppl.they don't respond to patient unless u buy medicines from them.and since the prescriptions must be collected from pharmacy they are least bothered and not even ready to tell about the usuage of the medicines unless u purchase it.such cheap mindset.shame on the pharmacy staff.

Disheartening to mention it but the eye test done here is miserable. The doctor is sweet, intelligent and helping. But the eye test team captured the wrong data and have given wrong eye number, seems like they don't know the job at all.

Service is not good. Charges are too high. Unnecessarily issue the same drops twice or thrice and charge the patient heavily. There are different charges under insurance & direct, no transparency.
