Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital

Went for a regular eye check up for my daughter. Had to wait 3 hours till we got to meet the doctor. Hardly any power was found but they still asked to get pupil dilation done but I really don’t understand why as we have been asked to come back for another check next week. Whole Saturday afternoon & evening spent waiting

Very good service provided by the hospital and Dr Namrata she is very good and talked very friendly and helped me with my problems

Good service I consulted Dr Hemanth is good experience with sir is very friendly nice staffs.

I did not like the experience in Dr Agarwal’s lab. They just charge you for the machines they have in the center and then ask you to travel to other places for different scan. The staff (counsellor) at Indiranagar branch is also very rude. She does not know how to talk to patients. A patient before us was also screaming at her because of the languages she uses to talk to patient/customer Bhama

Not sure how people rated good, may be their personal experience but my experience is worst with them. For anything, the doctors including their staff push for operation. Yes I know that cataract needs surgery, but on top of that they tried to convince me for a vision correction procedure as an added operation. Only money that matters to them. I suspect even doctors have sales target. I do not recommend this hospital to anyone.

Sorry to says the specs I picked up at hospital not what I wanted. I had explained clearly what was required for transition lens. Very unhappy and will never visit this place again.

It was great experience overall. We did cateract surgery for my mother under Dr Hemanth Kumar K. Staff is very supportive. Dr Krina - Centre head is amazing as person also highly professional to handle center. Rajeshwari sits on reception counter is calm and helpful. Sister Revathi in OPD is compassionate with patient even when OPD is full of patients.

Both the Doctors were very polite with personal touch, and explained me in detail about Pre. Cataract Surgery and post Surgery. Since i am Diabetic patient before Surgery all tests including Eye Scan, they have advanced technology. All staffs are very cooperative.
