All staff are coperative. During eye testing at different places, every body treat us very nicely. Good coordination among doctors. Happy for visiting Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital.

Worst experience this hospital. Waited for 3hours for just 1 consultation. The staff are unprofessional and busy with their own work, they doesn’t respond to clients queries. And met a doctor who was hyper active. She finished consultation in just a minute. This is really unprofessional in such a big and reputed sector. You should keep more staff and mainly more doctors in this sector.
If not then this is not a good place for people to come and better there are other good hospitals in Bengaluru.

Manager& receptionists staffs worst in yelhanka bangalore hospital. They don't know that how to talk with senior citizens & old patients. They made hospital like fish markets. No appointment no Q no seniors? ? ?

Very very bad because I came morning 9: 00 but still 1: 00pm they said will take more time so they don't know time value

It was a very good experience as the staff is very good professionals and guided me properly.

Rude receptionist in blue saree.asked her name she refused to tell. And manager was more useless than her. After telling her spelling of my name 10 times, she still got it wrong. They are in customer service and don’t have basic politeness. The lift doesn’t work. The place is dirty, needs maintenance. I wish I could give less than one for their behaviour towards their customers. Pathetic!

Worst staff, consultation fee is high. We cannot even book for doctor appointment.wait time is around 3hr for general check up.

Nice behaviour of reception staff and senior Dr but junior Drs of first room need to educate. I request you to have politeness with senior citizens whenever name is called by hospital staff. Waiting hall of patient areas few lights are partially serviceable it create disturb to patient specially when medicine is put in both eyes it's a unique irritation to individual who is in the queue of wating list.

This hospital is very good for eye examination and treatment. Proper care and ful examination is done by qualified doctors. Very good experience during my visit for self and my wife. In addition special concession is given to defence personnel serving/ retired and senior citizens.

I will suggest to find reputed doctor not a reputed hospital.

It's much costly and Consultation has Average quality, that's is also available in lower prices in the market. I went there for a good consultation but it's just normal. Totally unsatisfied as I have not found the consultation as per my expectation and which can be resolved my health issue.

Immediately you enter this hospital you will feel an arrogant behaviour of the receptionist, they operate only to make money, hardly any service.

I went to consult my child just to check the eye power so that I can replace the broken spectacle. The doctor suggested a retina scan since she noticed some issues in his retina. Yes, that is right even I am aware of that, so I explained the complete history of the treatment done till date and showed old scan reports. After analysing all the reports she asked me to do the scan again. Even though I am very sure that it is unnecessary, I have done the scan only because the doctor wants to make sure before suggesting a treatment. I spent 3000 Rs.for the scan. The joke is just before getting the report she went from the hospital she didn't show a minimum of manners to her patient.

Then the staff suggest me to consult a different doctor she doesn't had any interest to check the report or the patient, she was trying to close the consultation in harry she not even asked us to site inside her cabin. Seriously got irritated and sat there and explained complete history and showed her old and new scan reports.

Then the second joke happen she is telling me that this both the scan are done in different scanning machine she can't verify that and she asked me to do the scan in same machine always. I told her that this first scan was done 2 years back in a different hospital and how I can ask a doctor to do the scan in a specific machine and I am not a professional in this industry. She said "Yaa that is right still you have to ask for the same sanner" WHAT NONSENSE! I said thank you doctor and came out to reception.

There were two lady receptionists at the counter, both were busy fixing their computer. Time is 7PM. There was no rush on the floor and except me no one was waiting. I stood in front of them for 15 mins just because I wanted to ask the time for the next day. They were not even looking into me. Finally, I said excuse me, one lady looked into my face and I started asking about the next day's appointment. She put her head down and started searching for something on the desk again and no answer for my query. From when I entered this hospital this was the response from those receptionists, so I did not feel anything surprising. I just came out from there.

After reaching home I tried to read both reports and I understood that the old scan which is done in Aravind Eye Hospital is a detailed scan report with 6 pages and here is only two. Obviously it will be difficult to understand for an unprofessional doctor.

Next day went again only because I wanted to get the lens power prescribed, and consulted the first doctor with the new and old scan report, no hope she also was not able to make out anything. I had a question to the first doctor which I couldn't ask her on that day, after showing the old reports and the initial check up itself she came to know that there is nothing to do with this patient then WHY SHE ASKED ME DO THE RETINA SCAN.

Here I am not mentioning any doctor's name since the entire hospital is behaving in this manner and I feel this is a management level issue and not the staff or doctors.

This incident happened on 22 June 2022.

Overall it was a good service, but you people don't follow your time protocols properly. Very good service from OT people.

annual checkup of Sr. Citizens.

Folks at Reception are very careless. I opted for a doctor with specific speciality and they sent me different doctor without letting me aware. I got to know about it at the end of the consultation that I have to meet the same doctor I had opted after a month. I felt it ridiculous. I felt consultation is really useless, just a means to drive patients to get different test done in the hospital. The doctor I met was just eager to send the patient out without giving opportunity/comfort level for patient to discuss. Request hospital authorities to have human some touch and not just be commercial.

Doctors and other staffs are showing very good hospitality and I like this hospital also I am suggesting other eye patients tks

I was initially concerned as people isto say that they don't have kannada speaking staff but every one spoke well with my mother in kannada and she was happy with their approach

Good Doctors and supporting staff. Able to complete visit in 1hr. Good to see everyone are using Masks. Doctors are using PPE kit.

I am very thankful to this hospital and Dr Shree pathi for curing my mother's eye problem with his skillful treatment. The only issue here if you are getting operated/surgery is to wait for hours they will give appointment (12: 30pm) to atleast 8patients for the same time and all are waiting for hours (4: 00pm) still 5 patients waiting to be operated

Doctors are highly trained and experienced. Their assistants too are professional and efficient. Overall layout and work flow provides for maximum efficiency.

Had very bad experience. People are not ready to work there. Employees are very rude and doesn’t value others time at all

Best to visit on weekdays with less crowd and faster exit. Treatment and services are good. People in all departments are polite and helpful.

The hospital staff are trained well to do a lot of cross selling and prescribe tests that are not even checked.

In my case my father was asked to do some blood tests costing rs. 2000 and they did not even bother checking it before the eye injection. On enquiring we were told those are mandatory tests. We have previously consulted with devi eye hospital and they have never prescribed these tests pre or post covid times.

The pharmacist cross sold vitamin tablets costing rs 700. There was no prescription, but these are suggested to patients and many end up buying.

These are unfair practices and i would never visit this place again.

Lastly, on this particular day the patient management was so poor that we had to wait for 5 hours for an injection. I can pass this off as one time, but the unfair practices have not gone well with me.

I am writing this review sincerely with my all experience in this hospital. Just two days before I had a medical test in Bangalore. The medical authority refer me and some other candidates to this hospital for detailed checkup. The doctors who did the checkup provided fake and careless report to my medical authority. Only because of this am unfit and i had lost my job.

I went to other branch of Dr. Agarwal's hospital itself on the next morning they treated me very sincerely. After detailed check up they provided the correct report to me.

Same hospital, two different branches, different results! I don't know how it's possible. This is against to the medical ethics. Same problem was experienced other candidates also. Atlast everyone's lost their dream job.

AVOID THIS HOSPITAL! WORST CASE, TAKE SECOND OPINION!

Do not visit this hospital, even if you do by chance please take second opinion. I was diagnosed with glaucoma (suspect) and was put under drops for it even though my eye pressure was normal and field test was normal. Nerve thickness is more than average but that’s normal in my case. I took second opinion and that saved my eyes from unwanted drops which would have effected otherwise. Writing this review after 2 years and repeated tests for the same. The trauma I went through to conclude that it’s normal in my case was too much. It was Dr. Madhura who prescribed the drops to me.

One of the good eye hospital in Yelahanka Newtown. Doctors and Technicians are good wearing with PPE kit due to Covid 19, distance is maintained in seating arrangements. Consultation they charge 500/- for other than Senior Citizens but for Senior Citizens they charge 250/-. Even pharmacy is inside the hospital to get prescribed medicine and also they don't force to take spectacle from their hospital only.

Hospital stuffs and doctor are very professional, they took care of my all the concerns before and after my surgery.post operation consultation was very much helpful. Really appreciate their hospitality and overall process.

Went for eye check up for my wife. She had blurred vision on right eye. They just did test routine and did scan costing Rs 3000/-. Took 3 hours totally. Did not inform what was the power or whether needs change if glass. They told eyes are normal. Wasted time and money.

I pay 1000rs just for one min consultation?

Doctor didn't even let me speak or ask anything or take any feedback of the previous medicines. He just threw some words and sent me away with steroid drops.

It look 2 hours to get called for consultation (for my daughter). There was only one doctor in the whole floor. Prepare to spend half a day minimum if you go there. No appointments allowed. People herd and wait. Will not recommend.

Nice Hospital. Courteous Staff. Doctor explained in Detail what is the problem and what needs to be done. Will surely recommend.

I recently underwent ICL (Implantable Contact Lense) surgery and I couldn't have been happier about my experience at Dr Agarwal's Eye Hospital.

They made every step of the process seem very simple and easy. From getting scans done to see which surgery I was eligible for to explaining which surgery and why it was a better option for me Dr. SreDr. Madhura and Mr. Prasanth were very helpful and had the utmost patience.

The surgery went well and it was hardly a 10 minutes procedure and Dr. Sreepathy spoke to me and helped me keep my calm all through the process. The after care steps were also very well explained and are pretty easy to follow.
All my follow ups with the doctors and all the tests after the surgery are going on well.

Everyone at the hospital were very hospitable and I would definately recomend Dr Agarwal's Eye Hospital for any eye related queries or check ups.

Sanitisation should be better. They are not cleaning / sanitising equipment before and after use. Which is scary. Doctor is very good and informative. Staff is friendly. Forced to buy medicine here only which is not required

Today between 1130 -1300 at Dr Aggarwal eye hospital at Yelahanka NT
three of my family i.e me my Wife Premalata & Anurag Joshi got our eye check up Dr Nayla. Good & Professional Dr's & technicians. But the receptionist was discounters & rude. Her tone & tenor with the patients was unbecoming of a receptionist. Such interaction at reception puts off the patients. Pl put people at reception who give a welcome feel & warmth to patients. Kindly do the needful in the interest of the reputation of your hospital. Thanks for the satisfactory treatment by your Drs.

Delay in Responding when asked about the spectacles given order earlier.

That's fine but they when enquired about the Spectacles are ready.they said, they called on the given Number.

Applied Leave waiting for the Call till Evening to get the spectacles.
This was a Greatest bluff from d staff saying they called me. As I need it to conduct Online Classes in d School.

Made us to wait for long hour when Called.
Finally said, We didn't get the parcel.of spectacles!?

I went there to get my eyes examined. Wait time was minimal. The support staff was very efficient.
I was examined by Dr Madhura. She is very courteous and intelligent. She conducted a thorough examination. She has wonderfully reassuring demeanor.
I am satisfied with the value for money treatment at Dr Agrawal's Eye Hospital Yelahanka branch.

Very good hospital, which has put into place lots of precautions during Covid19. Temperature checks, foot operated dispensers and seating to accommodate physical distancing. Got treated by Dr. Madhuri Adiga, who has an excellent approach and explains the problem properly.

The centre head Prashanth & his team are customer focused and extremely helpful.

Entrance temperature checking & sanitizing etc are there.but inside i haven't seen them sanitizing medical equipments.they say they do sanitize but if they could do that in front of every patient while He enter the room for checking, it would be more convincing!
