Got my cataract surgery done in Agarwal's Eye Hospital Rajajinagar. I am very happy with the surgeon Dr Rakesh seenappa. He was very interactive, was continuously asking am I alright during surgery, the doctors care was very good. I had no pain or any issues while and after the surgery too. In whole I had an awesome experience.

My friend (Praveen) had a great experience here. This place is the best when it comes to getting our prescription. They are clean and the service is outstanding. Staff is friendly and attentive, especially Mr. Asish (Optometrist). They have a big selection of glasses and they are very knowledgeable.

I had undergone SMILE surgery at Dr Agarwals eye hospital. Preliminary Investigation was done at Rajijinagar. All the support staffs very kind and caring. Specially the Operation Head of Rajajnagar Mr Chandrasheker G was too advisable. Special Thanks to Dr Archana who has done the surgery. The SMILES procedure was done in Indiranagar branch. Staffs are too good.and the whole pre process was painless, fast and easy. We had received a confirmation for an appointment at 9am. We double checked as we had to rush to office post that. When we reached there, they said the doctors would come in only at 0930. After waiting for half an hour, other staff of the hospital informed us that the doctor would come only by 10.

When asked why we were given a confirmation at 9, they bluntly said that it was the marketing team and they are not responsible.

I underwent cataract surgery on 4th September in agarwal. Dr Rakesh Senappa did the surgery very well. I was quite comfortable there. Even other staff members were very cooperative and helping. Overall I had a very good experience.

Also i have purchased my opticals in the same hospital, the collection of frames are vast, elegant design and excellent customer centric driven. The staff was able to share there opinions on the frames, design and quality. They explained in detail about the lens types, frames and discounts. Overall an excellent eye hospital committed to all.
