I visited Dr. Agarwal Eye Hospital for Lasik surgery. I consulted with Dr. Venkatesh, who explained the pre-procedure details for the surgery itself. Additionally, Mamatha and Deepika from the counseling department explained the various types of procedures available for Lasik. They facilitated my connection with the Indiranagar branch, where my SMILE refractive surgery was performed. They diligently followed up with me to ensure a smooth process. Furthermore, the post-operative consultation at the Kathriguppe branch was handled well. Dr. Venkatesh was really attentive and answered all my queries.

ಮೊದಲು ಅಭಯ ಐ ಹಾಸ್ಪಿಟಲ್ ಅಂತ ಇತ್ತು, ಈಗ ಡಾ. ಅಗರ್ವಾಲ್ ಐ ಹಾಸ್ಪಿಟಲ್ ಅಂತ ಇದೆ. ಮೊದಲಿನಿಂದ ನಾನು ರೆಗ್ಯುಲರ್ ಚೆಕಪ್ ಗೆ ಹೋಗ್ತಾ ಇರ್ತೀನಿ, ಇತ್ತೀಚಿಗೆ ಚೆಕಪ್ ಗೆ ಹೋದಾಗ ಕ್ಯಾಟರಾಕ್ಟ್ ಆಪರೇಷನ್ ಆಗಬೇಕು ಅಂತ ಹೇಳಿದರು, ಆದರೆ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ನಮ್ಮ ಇನ್ಷೂರೆನ್ಸ್ ಇದ್ದರೂ ಕೂಡ ಮೇಲೆ ತುಂಬಾ ಚಾರ್ಜ್ ಮಾಡ್ತಾರೆ, ಫುಲ್ ಕವರ್ ಆಗಲ್ಲ ಅಂತ, ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ನಾನು ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಆಪರೇಷನ್ ಮಾಡಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ ಆ ಹಾಸ್ಪಿಟಲ್ ನಿಂದ ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ನಾನು ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನ ರೆಸ್ಟ್ ತಗೊಳೊವಾಗ ಫೋನ್ ಮಾಡಿ ಆಪರೇಷನ್ ಯಾವಾಗ ಮಾಡಿಸ್ತೀರ ಅಂತ ತಲೆ ತಿಂತಾರೆ, ಇಲ್ಲ ನಾನು ಬೇರೆ ಕಡೆ ಮಾಡಿಸ್ತೀನಿ ಅಂದರೂ ಕೇಳಲ್ಲ, ತುಂಬಾ ಡಿಸ್ಟರ್ಬ್ ಮಾಡ್ತಾ ಇದಾರೆ.

My mother has undergone Cataract surgery here. Very cooperative staff. Dr. Ranjani guided throughout the process very well. Dr Venkatesh Babu senior surgeon treated very well and clarified all doubts patiently after the surgery. Good vision restoration and very comfortable after surgery no side effects observed.

Good eye hospital! You get a variety of brands for glasses! Contact lens! Well branded specs. What i really liked is they didn't charge for eye check up!

Doctors are very good and analyse problem very clearly. The eye checking process takes an hour but it’s very efficient and effective! Unlike other hospitals very good process to get accurate numbers for glasses. Though it’s long and time consuming, It’s important for eye care and worth to visit this hospital.

My first experience to Dr. Agarwal's Eye Hospital, Banashankari turned out to be the best and memorable one. I got my Smile Lasik Surgery done by Dr Sanjana and Dr. Venktesh Babu, they were kind and fortitude to explain in detail pre and post surgery. Both the surgery were absolutely a pain free, it finally happened after using spectacles for 5 Years. I now can finally use "Sunglasses" all the time effortless which was a dream come true like most of the spectacle users.
