I've had a wonderful experience at Dr. Akhil's clinic. Dr. Akhilesh carefully listens to our concerns and gives the right guidance. Unlike other dermatologists who recommend unnecessary medications (like soaps and lotions), he prescribes only medicines and products that are necessary. He's very approachable and experienced. I recommended many of my contacts having dermatology-related issues to visit here and even they were happy with the results.

Doctor answers based on what you say. That's it, he has no knowledge. Had been for hairfall issue and I'm 32 yrs old, he's saying hairfall is due to your age and you are growing old. If 30's is called old then I must be called as granny is it? Without knowing if I have any deficiency he just prescribed hair serum and shampoos which are very expensive, later when I asked for it he said you can do blood tests if you want. This is how he speaks. So unprofessional and just planning to loot money. Please find some other doctors for genuine hair and skin treatment.
I've met Dr. Akhil twice til now and honestly he Is very polite and kind. My concern is with the receptionist. After going through the reviews, its clear tat everyone has complaint abt her. Doctor prescribed some medicines. I chose to buy it from outside of my preference. However one of the medicine was not available at al major stores. I took the mobile number from the prescription assuming it's Doctor and messaged on whatsapp. My first question was "is this dr.akhil? " The response came Yes. I told him the concern and asked to suggest alternate medicine name. The response was come to clinic and take it. Then I said I stay far and I cannot come then comes a voice clip from the receptionist lady stating we wil dunzo it. That's the moment I realised I'm not interacting with the doctor. The lady never bothered to tel at first that, I'm the staff and it's not doctor. She kept chatting as though she is the doctor. I immediately called her up and asked her for direct doctor number. She hung up the call. Such arrogant lady. I kept messaging and called yet she didn't share doctors number. My question to Akhil is, how r your patients supposed to reach out to u incase they have some concern? Extremely upset with the staff unprofessional behaviour and feel there is no accountability here. Patients should have a way to interact with the doctor and share progres and concern if any. Here there is no way to reach doctor. Very disappointing. Finally she sent a alternate medicine name and deleted all the messages she had sent me from WhatsApp.
Visited Dr Akhils for skin tags and some hair loss issue and I am glad to have made this visit.very professional and friendly atmosphere and attention to detail was given. No unnecessary product and treatment was recommended and the procedure was done with absolute prision.
