She is a very rude doctor. Her behaviour is very very disappointing and disgusting. She definitely has mental problems and needs a proper mental treatment. She also needs a proper training about how to talk with her patients. She is degrading the name of Manipal hospital. She thinks that she ranks no. 1 as a doctor in the world. She has a hell lot of attitude and should get kicked out of this hospital. I went to her for my mother's treatment and she literally insulted her by saying harsh words. Never ever visit her. NEVER. The most bogus doctor with most disgusting attitude. She should watch her mouth immediately otherwise she'll definitely go to hell very soon.
I have been consulting Dr Anitha Dias for my wife and my mom too since her Sagar days, she is the best in diagnosis. I have seen her ability several times. As far as I know she is true to herself.
My encounter with Dr. Anitha was utterly disappointing. She displayed rudeness and unprofessionalism throughout the consultation. Despite presenting the lab reports taken a day back, she refused to acknowledge them, claiming online consultation was illegal. Her lack of thoroughness and incorrect analysis raise serious concerns about her competence, and I cannot recommend her services to others. It’s crucial to find a more reliable and caring healthcare provider for a more accurate and compassionate experience.
Like the others have already commented. She is a rude human being. If she is facing any issues in her personal life, she should seek therapy. No need to be unnecessarily rude to patients. I went there with my father-in-law and her behaviour was completely unprofessional. There are a lot of good doctors in Bengaluru, don't know why she still has working licence. Also this maligns the reputation of Manipal Hospital as well. Why should I visit this rude, clearly unprofessional, not interested to treat patients, subpar "nurse"? (I doubt if her medical certificates and licence are genuine.)
I have visited Dr. Anitha at Manipal Hospital, old airport road and I must say - she's that kind of a doctor people would want to stay away from. I have visited her to consult my mother's hypo-thyroid and increasing level of cholesterol. We perfectly knew that we may need to consult an endocrinologist but prior to that, just wanted to get an opinion.
It was my mistake not to do some background research and directly walking in to see any general physician. She was the only one available that day with some available slots. She was not at all interested to listen to the problem and keep on asking random questions without giving any time to answer. I gave her some blood test reports which we did few days back (without consulting any doctor) because it's a well known issue with my mother for last couple of years and the very first thing I had to hear from her was - "am i look like a lab employee to you? ".
She was one of the most indecent, rude, impatient doctors I ever came across and won't ever recommend her to anyone for that matter.
I just visited her once in manipal in OP. I had a gall bladder stone and beacuse of which I had vomiting and severe pain. I did not know any other doctors there ans visited her as she onyl had appointments available that day. She seemed least interested to treat and was literally shouting at me. She was so rude. I told her I have gall bladder stone and I get this kind of pain once or twice a year. However she was so mean and said the symptoms u say are of cardiac arrest. First time in my life I have seen a doctor like this. I stopped visiting manipal after that. They took the OP charges and then directed me to go to emergency for scan etc.in emergency there were so many good and kind doctors. More than all medicines a patient needs empathy and kindness from a doctor. But I don’t think this doctor realises that. Hence I stepped out promising myself that I would never again consult this doctor again.
