No use of treatment first they will say it will grow, when I went there for first time I had lot of hairs after treatment I lost all hairs, and I lost 50 thousand rupees also.

Very bad experience at reception desk. They should be kicked out immediately. No respect given to customer.

Very bad service. Had been there to collect my father's medicines. They made me wait for an hour telling some reasons. They don't care about customers and they don't value time. People don't have so much time to waste. When I made them aware of their mistake the reception guy doesn't accept his mistake and instead argues that they are correct by giving reasons. Totally unprofessional

Dr. Aneez Fatima - A very good listener and a genuine human being, she helped me over come a lot of health related obstacles in a positive, caring manner because of which my physical health has seen a lot of improvement. Nagar Branch and Ms. Jeevitha is taking care of these two treatments and it's a delight to mention that due to her dedicated way of performing both the treatments I have renewed my subscription for B-Trim as well as for Hair Gro treatments. I got the hair falling problem as well as skin related issue the doctor over there treated me very well but I am very much dissatisfied with the lady Ms Jyoti who is a receptionist there as she does not know how to treat well to the patients as well as does not know how to speak in a good way. And if we have doctor's number then we can directly contact them if we have doubts but dealing only with these stupid receptionist Is a headache as these type of attitude just a receptionist does not work so very bad experience and she need to change her bloody sau called attitude then the patients will be satisfied fully. So telling patients irritating first she need to think how irritative she and her voice is and her bloody attitude

The attitude of the receptionist is pathetic.not aware of how to treat and behave with clients.i guess the person forgot what ethics dr.batra carries.

Dr Anees Mam is very friendly and the way she talks to the patients is really great and the treatment also good

I'm with medication for skin problem from last 3 yrs almost. Was having stressful life because if his skin issue he was feeling very bad tried ayurvedic etc finally came to Dr Batra and very happy to see improvement. Dr '' and staff are accommodative and friendly.

Please don’t waste your money and time in dr Batra’s. They are just money minded with no proper treatment. Receptionist doesn’t know to speak English apart from the script ‘doctor has suggested this therapy which cost so much’ I have more hairloss since I went to dr.batra.
They completely cheat you in consultation and brain wash to take treatment which is so costly compare to other treatments in the market. Dr doesn’t listen to your point instead she speaks her experience and market there products.

My doctor is Dr. Anees Fathima. I have has wonderful experience with her as she makes me feel comfortable to share all my health and also mental issues which has helped me a lot for my good. I have seen the improvement in my skin within a month. I would recommend Dr. Anees Fathima in Dr.batras to every person suffering from skin or hair related issues.
