They will only charge you money. Nothing else don’t ever go it’s a waste of money clinic. Doctor doesn’t give proper treatment advice she will only tell to go for laser treatment to charge money. It’s hella expensive only 2 medicine cost 3000 and you have to buy rest of the medicine on your own that will cost 5k. Then laser treatment cost 6k per session. It’s not good

“One of the best Corporate Frauds” I have taken 1 year treatment here, no improvement. IF you are going first time they are punctual, after payment monthly consulting time, if you are fixed appointment 5 pm you can meet doctor @ 6: 30, unfortunately I paid full amount there every month one weekend full with Batra’s, better all go to normal homeopathy doctor, they will treat better.

It's just a commercialized and has no impact on betterment. Its long term with no value and the heavy metal tablets used in homeopathy has many side effects.would recommend not to go for batras or any other homeopathy treatments.

I called Batras to inquire about the consultation fees and Mr. Azhan from the sales/ customer service team spoke to me and booked a slot for me between 6: 30 - 7 pm. I mentioned that I may be busy with work and will try an appointment for the next day when he said that the clinic will be closed the next day. To this, I responded I will only try to visit the clinic as I am not sure about my work schedule. The representative hastily booked an appointment without considering my response that I may not be free the same day. I anyhow tried to make it but couldn't. Around 6.45pm, the representative messaged me on Whatsapp asking me if I reached the clinic to which I replied that I would not be able to make it as I was busy with work. This was to avoid any further contact. In no time, I received two calls on my phone which I didn't answer after which he messaged me on WhatsApp saying "receive my call". He then called me on my WhatsApp and once again directly which I disconnected. As he repeatedly called, I picked up asking him if he didn't understand that I was at work and me disconnecting the call clearly meant that I was busy. The representative very unapologetically responded saying ' You should have at least messaged me on WhatsApp". I don't understand on what grounds does a sales/ customer service executive get the right to question why I didn't respond to his repeated calls. Even after I clearly responded to his message saying that I was at work, how is it that someone qualified enough for that job doesn't understand what being busy means? He then continued saying that he will book me an appointment for the next day, which I refused and he didn't give up. I stated, ''I don't want someone calling me a 100 times when I am at work'' to which he responded that I shouldn't have booked an appointment in the first place. Let me remind you that he was the one who hastily booked an appointment for me even without my suggestion. My call was only an inquiry for consultation fees. I again repeated that I don't want an appointment to which he responded that the appointment has already been rescheduled and no matter what I will receive a call the next day, and hung up on me.
Forcing your potential clients into a consultation is NEVER going to bring you any kind of business. If you want me to break it down for you, keeping unprofessional employees like him who are probably trying to aggressively get you sales is only going to drive sane clients away. Wait i can do better - YOU ARE DIGGING A HOLE FOR YOURSELF!
This is the most unprofessional service I have ever received. Fortunately enough for me, I didn't even have to visit the service provider to understand their petty performance.
All are scams. Very big sacmmers are sitting here. Pls do not go. They take all money in advance, then the treatment i like- payment is only for medicine & sittings and other gels/oils (their own brand) which they ask to use regular but had to purchase separately from their store.
Secondly, you can feel little bit of less hair-loss only till when you are taking the treatment (1 year) - no major difference. After that, again they will ask for more 30k buks, if you do not continue, within a month you will face same hairfall. No hair regrowth in a year and back to worse condition.

I approached this clinic when I was in third stage of baldness. I started taking medication under the supervision of Dr. Rincy. After few months hair fall stopped. Dr advised for grow hair session along with regular medicines. I could see major changes in monthly follicle check up after completion of about 20 grow hair sessions. Waste of Money and Time. They are just making people fool. Have been taking treatment for white patches since 3 years but no use, not even 1%, instead it is spreading all over body.
