Felt a bit rushed during my first consultation. Doc should ask previous health conditions like: what are the other issues you have that have caused this new lump?

She could have asked other than this lump, have you had any other boils/ cysts before. I could have then told her yes I get boils when I eat sugary foods. She in the end said I should have myself said I have this big lump and small lump. How would I know that a small boil is more important than a big hard lump!? Proper physical exam was done but she didn't ask if I had taken any painkillers because as she asked if its paining, I couldn't feel it as I had taken a dolo650. I was like no pain no pain but throbbing sensation on the neck area. No past history was asked like BMI/ etc

She could have explained the role of each medicine she had written. I had got 4 tablets to take post breakfast, 4 after lunch and 4 after dinner. Only the two other syrup with capsule antacids were explained about
