I've been using “Dr Divya Skin Clinic” services for a while and have finally found a place I wish to stick with. It's very dicey to find a place and therapists for your facial skin especially. Most places have tall claims and don't match up to expectations. But Dr Divya Skin Clinic will never let you down.

The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. One particular lady who decided and briefs you about the charges is the rudest and unreasonable. They’ll increase charges of the treatment without any reason in between. No matter how much they boast about their equipment, it’s not worth it due to the staff.

Prescribed 8 products, while saying she doesn't like prescribing creams. I've been using them since a year, and they're absolutely useless. She doesn't seem any better than oliva/vlcc where they just push their products/procedures without actually figuring out the root cause of any issue.

I had visited for consultation for my hair and skin. I used products worth almost 8k recommended by doctor (moisturizer, sunscreen, physiolift, hair serum, shampoo, vitamins, etc). Doctor didnot check my skin and was asking me are you sure you have dry skin. This was my first vist to dermatologist thinking she will make my skin better. I religiously used all products for 4.5 months but now I have white spots and one pimple which I never had. I threw all the left over products now.

I had visited the clinic for skin related problems. Doctor has suggested to get blood tests done worth of more than Rs 5000 and asked to share the blood test reports to email.it's been more than 3 months i have not heard back from doctor on blood reports. Doctor suggests the costlier medicines which are available only in their pharmacy and can't get it from outside. Feels like they are more interested in making money rather than wellness of the penitents. Complete waste of time and money.

Doctor has no idea what treatment she needs to suggest for my skin problem (brown patches I'm face, melasma), what she suggested is to go for laser treatment which I agreed but even after 4 sessions there was no improvement rather it deteriorated.when I asked her answer was this is serious problem we need to do more laser sessions initially it was only 6. Even the creams were not effective. Once I stopped all her products and treatment and started following my old products, it has improved a lot. She is just making money by fooling her customers.

Before going for any treatment plan suggested by her, have a second or third opinion.
