Had a very bad experience. My daughter made an appointment online for me. Went there 5 minutes before but was made to wait for half an hour. When I asked the receptionist, she said that the people who walk in were given first preference and that my online appointment was only for an enquiry (which I never understood the meaning)

The doctor and staff was very good and treatment was excellent superb results it was great to check up this hospital

Extremely commercial doctor, wants to push her own brand MYSKINN products, does not provide time and examine the patients and understands their concerns, she did not even prescribe an ointment for acne and pigmentation. Just wants everyone to buy those EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE products from her brand in clinic, does not even suggest alternate brands and medicines that are 1/5th the cost outside for same formulation that her brand has. Very very disappointed, overhyped.had expected so much better from Dr. Rasya dixit, nevertheless everyone please be aware!

Dr Dixit is a miracle worker! I was suffering from paradoxical hypertrichosis which happens when treatment for hair removal is done wrong and increasing hair growth. I was scared to go near a laser again. All Dr. Dixit told me was she would try her best to help me and now I am completely cured. She did a fabulous job and laser hair removal my skin is smooth and hairless now. The unwanted facial hair is completely gone and I’m so grateful. Dr. Dixit is the most patient and kind doctor that I have come across. She makes feel free to talk and listens to the problem patiently. I had uneven skin tone, blemishes and a tanned face. Actually I heard about DR RASYA IN 2012 by one of my friend due to clinic timings could not visit & clinic is closed on sundays as well.
Last year dec I visited clinic before that I was taking treatment in different clinic in Btm where results were not that great.
Dr rasya understands our problem suggest good treatment she suggested me mnrf of 4 sessions where 95prrcent of my scars reduced.
Good behaviour of staff as well.

Coming to price she charges same as other dermatologists market price for the treatment.

I got good results with doctors treatment.

Negative - Getting appointment in our preferred time is not hard.

I would highly recommend Dr Dixit for her excellent diagnosis and treatment. She doesn’t have a money minting attitude and recommends procedures only when it is needed. The staff and doctor are kind. I waited for an hour before meeting the doctor, which is completely fine by me. But the doctor spent exactly a minute with me in the consultation room. She was so hasty in hearing my concerns, wouldn’t let me talk without making me feel like I was taking up her time. It costed 700Rs for that hasty one minute. As a cosmetology clinic, it fails to engage with the patient on their concerns and what their end goal is.

I don’t wanna give one star also … worst experience ever… her medicines and creams will never cure your problems but you will get more problems as a gift … I had zero acne in my life but now after using I got so much acne and not going only plus time and money waste … don’t visit her

Excellent doctor, my problem got cured so well and I was suffering from 10 years. Dixit doctor is so understanding and very patient doctor, must visit for any cosmetic issue.

Arrogant doctors won't give u time will always be in a rush and will stick to their points if u are above 30 u will have acne. If that's the case the whole world would have acnes. Junior doctor will actually attend you Rasya hardly interferes. Please do review all the negative reviews before visiting. Her medicines will increase the problem more and my acne was worsened after the creams and tablets

My personal experience and opinion - Super helpful and friendly staff and of course, Dr Dixit herself is quite amazing. She’s super warm, makes you feel comfortable, and really knows her stuff. If there’s no need for medication, she’s not going to prescribe anything for you. Her treatments have always worked for me, whatever my issue was, and I’d recommend her to anyone seeking dermatological advice/help.

I’ve visited Dr Rasya Dixit for multiple dermatological problems like skin tags and eczema and she’s the best. She’s very patient, punctual and a good diagnostician. She’s a very good dermatologist.

Now about the working of the clinic, the receptionist said that they will mail me the bill for the amount I paid for the procedure I underwent. There is no physical bill which is alright. However, despite making a phone call after reaching home asking for the bill, they still haven’t sent it to me. It is disappointing when you make a payment and not receive a bill for it.

Best doctor in town. I visited her for my hair-fall issue and within 5 sessions of derma roller I could see visible results. I’m sure to recommend her with my family and friends. Dr. Rasya is very friendly and explains the treatment upfront and makes the procedure more comfortable and friendly. She knows her subject.

Doctor was in a rush, could not take the time to explain, my queries remain unanswered. After waiting for 45 mins, after the appointment time, if one doesn't get even 5 mins with the doctor, it is seriously upsetting, I understand that she had other patients but then they should give appointments accordingly, very unhappy after meeting the doctor. Dr. Rasya is one of the best consultant in Bangalore. I had skin issues which was not even identified by others but with proper test and medication under Dr. Rasya it's under control now.

Dr she had drastically reduced the melasma for my wife. She patiently listens to the patients and accordingly prescribes the necessary meds. She's the Go-to doctor for all our dermatological problems.

Extremely disappointed with the service, went to have chemical peeling for back acne, and no results at all. Waste of money.

I've visited Dr Rasya for my cousin's acne issues, her medicine and treatments were really helpful. She is very professional and sweetest doctor I've ever met.

Looking at the pattern of reviews this could be a one off case but it needs to be mentioned. Recently my aunt had visited Dr. Rasya Dixit. She had unusual wounds on her skin and within 1 minute of examining from a distance the doctor diagnosed it to be "heat boils" and gave some medicines to heal the same. The wounds dint heal even after a month so we went ahead for a second opinion only to find out that the wounds were because of malignant tissue growth. I understand that mistakes happen but the doctor could have been responsible at least during the diagnosis. My aunt did not feel secure as she knew it was more than just heat boils and the doctor took barely a minute to look at the wounds, from a distance. I would expect more responsibility from a doctor, we wasted a month and a half while dealing with a serious disease. I hope no one else has to go through the same traumatic experience.

I know Dr. Rasya for nearly 3 years. She is kind when handling patients that is what I love the most. And yeah she is not money minded. If it is an issue related to skin I would highly recommend her.

I had visited Dr Dixit clinic today, and had an unpleasant experience. I had travelled from 35km just to see Dr Rasta Dixit mam as I had heard about her treatment.
But the front desk staff is unethical. I reached their clinic at 10: 35am, and there were two patients before I arrived. So it makes sense if I have to wait till their consultation is done. But those patients who came after me were also being sent. I waited till 11: 20am and had already informed the front desk staff that I had to leave to my hospital. Only when I personally enquired about why the patients who came after me were sent first, they answered saying that the patient was old (Mrs Guptha) and hence they sent her.
At least basic ethics would be to inform me first, and I wouls have understood. I was quiet and they just kept sending other patients before me. As I work at a hospital too I know how the appointments and front office works. It was a waste of my time two and half hours of traveling and 45 mins of wait at the clinic.

First of all it's very clean and hygiene clinic.staff well trained and courteous.
Dr rasya is very professional and at the same time puts you at ease with her great skill and attitude.i would definitely recommend this clinic for any skin problems.

This is just an amazing clinic. They have moved to new premises and so it’s well set out. Dr Dixit is amazing, she does Botox and fillers with no bruising, whereas other places I have always been bruised as because of my white skin the bruises show a lot. And really very little pain. A real professional and just lovely person who gives a great personal touch to her clinic too

I went for skin dryness treatment with no pimples and now i have pimples on my skin!
I Re-visited with the complaint about my pimples and my skin dryness anyway did not got treated (of course!), she changed my medicines on second visit, and BOOM! My pimples increased multi-fold! Cherry on top, my skin has never been so dull and dry before visiting her!

Not to mention, she will give the costliest medicines possible on earth! Visit at your your own risk!
