Literally Worst receptionist ever. Doesn't recieves call even if we call for 20 times. That lady must be removed seriously, Worst ever receptionist.

Many people's suggested me Dr poonja was a good ent surgeon, but when I was called for an appointment the staff told after 3 month only doctor available, and it is clear that all the comments are same as my experience, and I'm not getting the logic of that 3 months

He does not have care, concern and humanity.if people go there for emergency he will say come tomorrow. Is this way to behave with the patient? ~ I think worst doctor and worst receptionist. He does not have helping nature. Even animals can understand feelings of the humans. But humans cannot understand.

The worst receptionist ever seen, she is too rude and mannerles with arrogant.
But the doctor is very kind person and with huge experience
I would like to 5 star but bcz of receptionist I go to 3 star
