They are not giving hard copy. Yday I had to search xerox shop during to do printout to show doctor. If u r taking 2000 to do test cant u do printout. Hard copy is required everywhere. Giving excuse printer is not working.pathetic.

What a nonsense pathology, took my sample for cbc in the morning at 12PM and kept me waiting until 8PM, after that they switch off the phone. I am suffering from dengue and platelets count is so important to understand the health conditions, I will be lodging a police complaint.pathetic experience

Very fast report provided. The best part is, website was not working but mam owning the place arranged for home sample collection extremely quickly.

I would suggest booking on whatsapp if u have for more than 1 person. As in app you cannot book for more than 1 person in one go and it'll be expensive as each booking is charged separately.

They dont provide report on time and will narrate you stories of this happened and that happened. They committed me the time of report based on which i took Doctor appointment. But due to lack of report the doctor send us back. They even don’t answer your calls as they don’t have answer. Anyways they got their money. Very unprofessional behaviour.

Very professional behaviour of the staff at this branch of Lal PathLabs. Got the blood test done for my 3 year old son 3 times and the kid didn’t complain of much pain post blood extraction. The test report was also provided on time.

You guys suggested test for IL6 which was not even needed. Since we guys were worried regarding the covid situation we didnt want to take any chances and thought that since you are suggesting IL6 test we will take that. However when we showed doctor those test he said who even suggested that test.its not useful at all. Just felt that lost 3k absolutely for nothing. So just stop suggesting

The rates charged by lal path lab for all blood tests are quite high even when compared to reputed laboratories and big corporate hospitals. Get any blood tests done in lal path lab if it is most convenient and urgent to you and you don't mind paying above market rates.

Horrible and painful experience. I visited this lab for CBC test. The associate was really inexperienced. She doesn't know how to draw blood sample. She pierced twice in both hands still she was unable to take the blood. It was really painfull. Even after so much of pain she was not able to take enough blood sample for test. To get the refund we had to put lot of effort and time.
I would never recommend anyone to go for this branch.
