Good response I get from this lab and also good communication of Lab technicians. And services

Very unprofessional, forgot to send blood sample for test, after test results came as "Sample not received" them they got the tests done. They didn't even admit their mistake nor handled it professionally. Dr. Bharti was very unprofessional and didn't even pick call when there was an issue from their end.

Never recommended this.

Today's the third day of my test and I have not yet received the result. Frustrated, nowhere to complain. Had to cancel my doctor's appointment. Pathetic, unprofessional

Very unprofessional staff specially one lady she don't know how to speak with customers she always gives silly answers and starts arguments. Also they always prefer to collect the samples from home so they can charge more if you directly visit the lab they will always give silly answers such as currently nobody is there to take the samples we will collect your sample from home.etc so please don't waste your time and money here.

The lab technician did not turn up even till 9 am for fasting blood tests. Even though I booked day before, when I called the centre, the technician had no clue. After promising to come at 8: 30, the person called at 9: 10 and asked for the location, which i had given the previous day.

I'm really happy with there service. On time reporting. They tried the patient very will. Best Dr lalpathlabs in sliver county road.

Worst experience. Their cost varies from hour to hour. This lady who manages is a rude person and talks very arrogantly.

Very bad experience since 2 times.they hardly pick phone, dont care to reply, dont send reports even after 30 hours of collecting samples. Strongly recommend not to opt for Dr. Lal path Labs.

Worst service. They are not at all punctual about time. I booked some blood test which requires 12 hour fasting for my elderly parent. Consecutive two days they failed to come on time. While contacting the collection boy, he said he is far way collecting sample from other patients. The lady over the phone will argue like anything. Worst experience. Not recommended at all

I booked RT PCR test on Monday and they promised me they will be sending technician for sample collection on same day, but till now no one has turned up.
Please don’t waste your time in booking here for test. They are not committed and not professional.

Poor experience for igg test. They don't have basic knowledge about test. They said Igg we don't do but do antibody, hilarious as Igg is antibody and high attitude why customer is there at their place. Finally walked out due reluctance to even say when collection will happen.

I booked a RT PCR test two days back and no reports have been shared yet. Even if they are not ready, I should be able to get a confirmation. Are you running fraudulent service? This lady has absolutely no decency to pickup calls or reply to WhatsApp messages thereafter

Excellent service. They take care of the patient like their own family members. Must visit place in haralur area.

Highly reckless attitude. After multiple follow-ups also they do not turn up.
Not at all reliable. Patients will be left in the lurch. Avoid them.

Highly incompetent and pathetic people, Lakshmi the manager and Mallik the technician, they have no sense of how to take the samples and how to process. They apply their own brains and contaminate samples and lose them. It’s a very sad state this Lal path labs is in, it should be closed forever and such lab technicians should not be allowed. It is as good as them testing their own samples. DO NOT EVER trust the reports of this lab. Sue them close them.

Pathetic experience specially the lady who handles that place. She is extremely rude and behaved so uncultured.

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. They are heavily mismanaged. I’m writing this review while having fever at 103. I’m waiting for my blood test reports since days. They promised me that they will get the report in 5-6 hours. They don’t pick up the calls and just keep giving false promises. They should shut shop and BURN IN HELL.

Very poor service.some spoilt brat running the show here.does not know the seriousness/importance of the lab tests for the patients.not worthy to be in the healthcare field.never going here again. People go here at your own risk.

Very disappointed by lal path labs.they collected sample y'day morning and said reports will be ready by evening and more than 1 day still they haven't provided any reports. I called them multiple times and they just say will give in 1 hour and so. I am pregnant and my medicines are on hold due to report. I have informed them how important to get my report on time still there is no seriousness from their side.
I will not recommend lal path labs.

Extremely disappointing. Very expensive. You can get tests done a lot cheaper in other labs than here. The attendant doesn't listen and has completely given me a report incomplete. There is a starking difference in the report given here and other labs. Because of them I am having to repeat my tests again. I would stay away from this lab.

Twice i had very bitter experience with them. I received a report pertain8ng to someone else who had a horrendous creatinine level. I was about to be rushed to a hospital, when i noticed that it was not my report. Never again NEVER

Highly incompetent, took blood samples, half the tests were done and for other half they asked for sample again, then lost the second sample, the online system all tests completed. Avoid all costs, go someplace else

I wanted to give zero star if possible. They are very unprofessional. They collected the blood sample and mess things up. Gave second blood sample for their mistake for which they give some illogical explanation. Pathetic service and unprofessional staff.

Worst service. Not trustworthy persons. They will lie about the timing and then would stop responding to calls. Can't be trusted in emergency. Every oneelse was ready to give urine test report in 2 hrs, lal's lady convinced me that that I would get report by 1pm next day, and then they disappeared. Shop closed. No phone answer. Additionally, staff is writing review and rating 5 star. Review with Name Kanav Garg is their person who collects sample

This is just a collection center with untrained staff. Gave sample twice due to their mistake in handling. Worst experience.

Update: they made mistake in collecting blood in wrong tube. Gave 3rd sample

Had gone with their Home pick up option. Very prompt and punctual at their service wrt blood sample pick up and their reports too. Online option was a plus point!
