Worst experience ever. The staff is not trained at all, and misbehave if customers try to escalate. They have opened a fake lab and scamming customers. We went couple of times to give blood for test, but they repeatedly forced the injection at wrong point causing swollen hands.

Do not believe their words, false promises. Gave COVID report after flight time, while they told it will be given in 12 hrs, actual report came after 24 hrs, one My flight landed in destination.

The receptionist works very slow and kept us waiting for a long time. Do not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Not even work single star. Called this no +919945299657 to ask about details of blood test. The guy hardly responded and I called more than 10 times to get a response. Such a pathetic guy and services. 0/10. Not recommended!

I spoke to Aaradhya (I think that was his name), and he spoke extremely rudely. When I asked for the cost of the test, his exact words were "shall I give you the test results after a year for Rs 50? " He wouldn't listen to what I wanted to say, and he refused service and disconnected the call. Such short-tempered people shouldn't be part of the healthcare industry, especially during a pandemic. I hope you teach your staff basic courtesy.

The Staff behaviour is so good, Response time is also good.
I recommend you all go for Dr lal only for accurate results.

Not even worth of one star. This place is not even there.
If i would have to state I would say for once you can find God but you will never find this location.

Lava is just amazing. He went above and beyond to help my mom get her test done at a short notice. Big thanks to him!
