One of the most kindest and understanding doctors I've ever interacted with, she listened to all my queries and solved my ear problems and also gave suggestions on how to improve sleeping and breathing while sleeping.

Not the kind of doctor you can expect medical care from. Would highly recommend people to stay away.

Very good doctor. I always used to get bad throat whenever I ate ice cream or anything cold. I thought its just me. She told I am getting allergic reactions and gave me medicine. Winter has passed and my throat is fine. I feel so blessed.

Very professional consultation. The doctor took her time in understanding my background and then explained everything about my condition to me. Highly recommend.

I visited the doctor 3 years back, she told the same thing that I have atopy, and asked me to get the scan done. At first I was very impressed with her knowledge and got convinced really fast by her consultation. My weight was 38kgs. She wrote some 9 medicine, out of which few had to be taken twice. I was almost taking 30+tablets a day in total for different different reasons since I'm immune compromised. At that particular time, I was not able to hold a glass of water, my body gave up. I immediately stopped all her medication and her consultation. I had a really bad experience. I'm writing this review after 3years because today I just got reminded of the same and I didn't want anyone else to suffer.

Horrible experience.she knows only one problem that is atopy.the way she explained I was amazed that she is brilliant doctor but slowly I realize she is just money minded doctor. I was having problems just because of acidity and she was keep on saying it is just because of allergies.and because i didn't treated my acidity problem on time I am suffering now.she recommended me 9 medicine for every day for more then 3 months every time I reached her she convinced me it is happening just because of allergies.she asked me to do CT scan for her commission. I will not recommend her at all.if u have more money to waste u can visit her.

Once a upon time she was a good ENT doctor, that was 3 to 4 years ago, she used to charge 100 bucks and used to treat very well. Recently visited her and one thing she is saying to every patient is "you have atopy" and need a scan. If you hear these words, run away.

A lot is left to be desired. The Hygine, care, respect, privacy, diagnosis of the current problem (than heriditary), and proper explanation for the number of medications.

My personal experience with doctor was not at all satisfactory. She started with a good note and explained me possible reasons for the issue but the way she prescribe medicine is not at all correct.she gave total 7 medicines for my basic sinus issue which could be cured by nasal spray or antibiotic. She prescribed me nasal spray (steroid), anti bacterial medicine, anti fungal medicine, antibiotic, acidity medicine, pain killer two types. I was utterly scared seeing the prescription. I even asked her why so many medicine so she said I am a EnT and not GP.you have allergy issue so this treatment will take 3months initially 15days we will do first.when I counter questioned her on medication she was rude in saying that I cannot see inside you what level of infection it is so I have to give multiple medicine. I wonder if I would not have taken second opinion on my issue what my health would have been with the medication I was prescribed.the other doctor just gave me a nasal spray and antibiotics for 5 days.with day two my health showed improvement. My personal experience is No for the doctor rest depends on your personal choice.

Best ENT I have been to. Her diagnosis is spot on, she goes to the root cause instead of superficially treating and patiently explains the reason and why the treatment is planned in this manner

Called her for an appointment and the response was appalling. "All my slots are given off, but if you can come in between I'll try to fit you in". What kind of a response is that? I am not asking for charity, am paying the fees. Also, if your slots are full, then please say that and be done with it.

Diagnosis is good.

Be prepared to wait. It took 2 hours past my appointment time for my turn.

Dr. Mary is a wonderful doctor in that she is extremely practical and clear in what she is advising and suggesting. She is also very thorough. But best of all she is a very kind and approachable doctor making the experience far more comfortable. Strongly recommend her for any ENT consultation and help.

Good doctor for small ent problem, she will simply send people for CT scan only bcz of commission, which is really not required to us. Only consultation fees less but she earns from another side income. For any serious issue please go ent hospital (Madekri ent hospital is recommended).

She is a fraud. Highly not recommended for ENT related issues.without checking properly the problem, she gives wrong prescriptions which leads to more side effects than curing.unnecessarily time waste and money waste. I would like to suggest other doctors who are genuine ENT specialist rather than this doctor whom I felt not genuine ENT Doctor.
