Dr. Mohan's Diabetes Specialities Centre - Whitefield

I recently had a bad experience at this clinic, and I must say I was disappointed with the level of service. The tests were not conducted at the proper time, and there was a noticeable lack of coordination among the employees. My father, who was the patient, was not satisfied with how he was handled. Furthermore, we were surprised to find that the clinic failed to provide the diet consultation that was included as a part of the package. In healthcare, timing, coordination, and fulfilling promised services are crucial for patient well-being, and unfortunately, this clinic fell short in these areas. I hope they take steps to improve their services to ensure a better experience for their patients in the future.

I am very happy with Dr.mohan’s whitefield branch services. Dr. Swetha is very knowledgeable, she was very patient and explains in detail. My sugar levels have come down drastically with medications and diet she gave. I will 100% recommend her.

I will give zero star for clinic reception, medicine supply people and appointment team. Very worst this white filed branch. But doctor is good my sugur come to controlled in 6 months from 12.5 to 6.5. This is the 2nd time this people made a mess up. 1st they send tablet shortage when i clearly told them im sending tablets to overseas and cant come back for next 3 months. 2nd time they are not bothered to answer on call and they are not ready to come on wats app its offline. When i call they will say they have tablet in stock and ask me to order online when i try to order online in app it shows no stock.how to order tablets? This guys not coming online even after i sent sms saying come online i have mobile network issue i can only use wats app throw wifi.calling many many time asking them to come online White flied guys you just lost 2 customer congratulations.
I took treatment from Chennai branch for 6 months they are super.

First of all, all these ratings are fabricated & secondly it’s too expensive. However, your experience in this clinic will be either bad or will not be any different from other Clinic’s next to your home.

We went for consultation, however we were asked to get various tests done even before we meet doctor. So many unnecessary tests costed us 2,000 or more and we wanted to meet Dr Mohan, he wasn’t available, so we ended up meeting some other doctor, she wasn’t helpful nor i found her knowledgeable.

Dr Vijayalakshmi c was soo good taking care very well to patient's.inside Staff was so good and supportive as well as pharmacy also

Only money minded clinic, they will loot the money, staffs are not friendly, will not recommend at all, bcoz of the name specialised for diabetic centre people rush there blindly but its not so worthy, worsest worst clinic I have seen so far, dont even deserve one star. In dr.mohans all the staffs are very kind and helpful and dr.vijalakshmi, very care for patient especially the pharmacist she explained about medicines use and dosage clearely and the nurse mahi she explained all the test ECG, Doppler very well and the dieticien also very good she given the diet according to the patient need and finally I am satisfied I am recommended this clinic.

We went through 3 months of treatment for my dad and followed all the recommendation alongwith multiple diagnosis (worth more than 15k) and trying out more than 3 types of insulin but sugar levels were not controlled. Even we had to follow up multiple times with the reception for reports (in house) and at times the report were contradictory to doctors expectations claiming the report is incorrect. Overall, not so good experience after 3 months of treatment.won't recommend

This center is well equipped and staffs are really great.
I would like to mention about Dr Shwetha, Diabetologist at this center is a wonderful doctor with rich experience and vast knowledge in diabetes.
She listens to patients problems, spends a lot of time, counsels and diagnoses diabetes.

DR Mohans whitefield is good for diabetes patients, good service, they have homecare and free medicine delivery.

I walked into the clinic for my father's diabetic emergency and had exemplary service right from the front desk to the supporting staff. The service you provide and the patient experience are incredible.

I want to specially call out Dr Shweata in quickly treating to my father's emergency. Great presence of mind and her diagnose was 100% matching with the lab reports and neurologist since my father suffered a mild stroke.within 2 weeks my father has recouped back to normal and is on diabetic prescribed medicines to bring his HBA1C down. Doctor spends good time hearing out the patient and guiding to a better living. Best wishes to the Doctor, my family is very grateful to the Doctor and Dr Mohan's clinic on treating my Father and putting him back to normal in very short time. Thanks and Gratitude.

Very Business oriented, only concerned about money not patient's health, I have been seeing them for 3 years in Whitefield, Bangalore branch, Initially it was good, There was a Doctor 2 years back, she was very good and empathetic towards patients. Then I went to Kukatpalli branch, they made me do tests worth 20k despite I had done the test from other diagnostic centre, they did not want to consult without their own reports. Last month I again went to Whitefield branch, they again gave more tests, I did the test and showed the prescription to the current doctor as previous doc is replaced. The new doctor denied consulting without seeing the patient despite of his ill health. They did not even ready to give me the prescription which was prescribed by previous doctor, because they want to earn more money by asking me visit and pay for unnecessary tests. I am boycotting Dr Mohan's clinic and world like to tell the management not to take their patient's situation as a means to ensure their own good.

We came here for my dad who is suffering with diabetic foot and high level sugars. The treatment and follow-up is really good and sugar levels decreases in couple of weeks. However patient should follow proper diet to maintain the same. Thanks to the team.

Worst experience ever had. Not suggest anyone. Doctor is not good at all. The whole staff along with doctor cheat people. When I visited there was no patient except me. Made a mistake. Doctor charges registration fees if you are visiting for the first time. Most funny thing about the doctor is that the file made for the patient is not given to the patient to take home. That will be for doctor's reference only. Such an idiot people.

Hi ppl.i like to clarify certain queries thru this review.
1. Regarding lab and testing.our hospital is a tertiary centre for diabetes specaility.hence we use highly qualified method for testing in the lab. The cost is comparitively same in all multi speciality hospitals, if your bringing a reports from the same kind of hospitals, we do accept it.this decision is made by us only because:
->diabetes is a metabolic disorder and they will not have any symtoms like a normal fever, it must be evaluated thru a biochemical tests for the doctor to make a decision on diagnosis and further management.hence we require a best quality of lab (which was discussed earlier).

-> we have also seen several discrepencies in lab values, which has changed the pts life.for eg.we can use only certain drugs when the kidney function test and liver function tests are compromised, if outside reports shows normal we do use it without knowing the true parameters

2. Regarding the test advise givers:
At our hospital, all have undergone a diabetes educator certification course (associated with the great practising diabetologist), and they are giving the test advise based on the american diabetes assocaition guidelines, which are updated every year.these guidlines are formed based upon the each nation s need (explained by the expert doctors represeting their country)

we have gone thru your case sheet, you have just undergone the registration process and you wanted to meet me for test advise.based upon ur needs we planned that too.i wonder how do you comment a doctor even before you undergo the consultation!

we too have protocols like other hospitals the pt who enters our centre to get registered under our family, and maintaining the history registers.this things are done only for the betterment of the treatment protocols and not to harm anyone in person.if anyone has any other doubts, i will be happy to answer your queries at my consultatyion desk. (incase of any negative comments too).
as we all know we grow only from our critics!

Good diabetes hospital. In one place l got more knowledge about diabetes including diabetes related problems like retinopathy, neuropathy and special tests.

Nice experience and good treatment. It is very close to my house. Will suggest my friends and Family for treatment.

Most worst hospital I have ever visited, we need to wait for a very long time and the hospital is having a protocol as mandatory tests to loot money from people. Ideally doctor will suggest tests to pacient based on individual case but here all are in protocol. They will not do tests based on pacient request only on protocol. Better to avoid visiting this place. Don't get cheated by the reviews.

They are behind money, but not patient wellness. Once you enter the Clinic, you can clearly see the eagerness of front desk team for conducting various tests even before determining whether you have diabetes or not. With the cost of tests they are suggesting, you can have a complete body checkup. Generally, the doctor suggests the tests, but here front desk team suggest the tests.
