Dr is very polite and listen to your problems. She herself recommended for natural process. Her clinic helper is also very polite and explains things.
Although we are not going for IVF but I do Recommend her for any process.

Don’t ever visit please. They will make a fake report and asked to do more useless test for money. I got fully scammed I have the report against them and I will definitely gonna complain to police. Don’t go alone definitely they gonna cheat. A big fraud

V dena padega 1200 + medicine v Aisa deti h ki bahar s milna muskil ap k wahi s lena padega.every month 3 to 4 time bulate hai.mera 3 month treatment chala conceive k liye 60000 kharcha hua last m mje iui k liye bole to mai dr k pass Jana hi band kar diya. Itna kharcha nhi kar sakti.

Doesn't pay attention to what patient says. Doctor doesn't like asking any additional questions and loses her temper. Receptionist should be more attentive towards the concerns of patients. Inquiries are sometime negligently answered with one word answers. My wife was in pain so I kept my calm but was furious at the trauma they added to her. Mental care is important which is lacking in this clinic.

Dr Prathiba is one of the best infertility specialist. She is very approachable and provides the best solution. I will always recommend Dr Prathiba.

Extremely rude behaviour by doctor and reception. Cold attitude of doctor and carelessness. They simply do not bother providing all information related to maternity. We have to keep asking for which we get one word reply. Traumatic experience. Doctor is too arrogant to come on call. In pain I had to visit her coz she refused to come on call. She literally humiliated me for asking questions. And I am myself a doctor. Uttrely shocking to see a fellow doctor being so rude to a fellow doctor. Wrong info given by doctor about a highly important injection. I confirmed with second opinion as well. Carelessly handling patient quesriws. I went after reading reviews which now I doubt are authentic. Seems paid. Medical profession demands humility and respect towards patient which is completely lacking with janya clinic and dr pratibha
