Doctor listens to the patient completely and explains everything, we trust the Dr.and been consulting since 15 years.only issue is the wait time, they gave an appointment to my mother for 12.30 and we had to wait till 2.30 pm to meet the Dr. And the patient was sick and couldn’t wait, but the receptionist was rude, even on request she didn’t let us meet the Dr. This happens every time we visit the Dr. Their wait time is too long and it’s difficult for the patients to wait. What’s the purpose of taking appointment if I have to wait for 2 hours. Hope this message reach the Dr and they set up their system properly.
