Poor doctor.i hav lost my hearing because of her.she diagnosed tinutis as cold infection and gave antibiotics but it was sensorineural hearing loss, which should be treated within 24hrs.lost my golden period.this doctor has no clues about it.
I told her several times my hearing is not clear, carelessly she said it ll be back after 1 week.god knows how she came up with that number.
Any educated doctor would have performed a basic tuning test

I would like to give 5 stars but rated 4. She is professional and treated softly. My ears got waxed fully after I snorkeled in the sea. I am not able to hear anything. I consulted her and then she advised the ear drops for 3 days to let the wax become soft. After 3 days she did the procedure with the machine and hand. There is a lot of wax in my ears and she removed it. During the procedure there is no pain and she handled the ears softly. Now my ears are working better than before snorkeling. The first day she charged ₹600 for Consultation after 3 days ₹400 for the procedure. Total ₹1000 I paid.

A doctor who wants patient to get better and not sick, so doctor makes more money.

The behaviour of staffs including doctor is really unprofessional. We booked appointment at 6.15 pm and when reached there the doctor was yet to come. Sbe reached at 6.20pm approx. I am not sure how many appointmens were there prior to mine. But as per the receptionist 2 more patients were also waiting who had appointmens before me. So my 6.15 appointment moved to 6.50 pm now. Than they allowed some random person who has not taken appointment too at my place and the reason they gave that she is a lady. So just for everyone to know, I am here for my mother's check up. This is a terrible explanation by the staff. And i still have to wait for more than an hour even after having a prior appointment.not sure why some doctor and their staff are so arrogant. And why they cant reach the clinic at the scheduled time. If you have a schedule you need to reach in time. You are taking sufficient money for your time. Value the money and your patients.

Not happy with doctors treatment as after took treatment from Ruchi clinic, Ear infection increased more and went to other doctor for the treatment and get cured.

Best ENT doctor i ever came across. I Suffered severe throat infection and with least medicine and no test given, i am feeling much better within a day of taking medicine. A good listener and friendly.

Went for my regular checkup after having my sinus surgery done in another's hospital. The doctor was very patient to go through my 2 year history and explained clearly the do's and don'ts. She also checked my daughter thoroughly and did not prescribe any complicated medicines/tests. Would highly recommend her for any ENT related problems.
