I have been meeting Dr Sandesh Prabhu online, this is the first time I met him at clinic SARV. My experience was good and seamless.

Have been visiting Dr Sandesh Prabhu at Manipal in Whitefield for 1.6 years for my parent. In person consultations were polite & courteous. But his recent prescription got us consulting the Dr several times due to side effects, so requested the hospital to connect us with the Dr to talk over the phone. After poor help by Manipal, when my parent eventually spoke to the Dr, he showed a side of him we didn't expect: he was rude, spoke offensively, & showed no patience. Instead asked us to go back to previous meds & cut the call!
Compassion is the least patients expect from Doctors, especially those treating heart conditions. Medical business can be transactional but it shouldn't be disrespectful.
Note to Manipal: You had all the details before transferring the call to the Dr, instead you chose to cold transfer the call without giving him the context.

He is the best Cardiologist i have seen.so down to earth and very simple. He is truly the best.

Paid 650/- for this guy (video consultation) and he did not bother to treat my sick daughter and dissapeared. Finally some duty doctor took the call for my daughter.

Too commercialized doctor. I did a CT angio and went with report. But Dr tells this is not conclusive actually normal angio would be a better. He answers only the leading questions.no time for the followup patients. Manipal when they charge exorbitant pricest I would have appreciated dr spending 10 mins with me and explaining the report.

I share a very funny and hilarious story with the doctor as I used to have recurrent anxiety attacks and used to rush to the doctor mistaking it for heart issue. The doctor treated me very well despite I wasting his time every time as he repeatedly told me that I was absolutely perfect and had no issues at all. I've run to him multiple times and I was lucky enough to meet a thorough professional and a genuine person. I'm sure for those who have real problems, Dr. Sandesh would be the best person to get in touch with. I'm sure the way he treats you, half your problems would be solved in the first meet itself!

I know Sandesh Prabhu Sir from 2018 when I visited the NH (Narayana Hospital), During ECG, ECHO I came to know my heart rate is abnormal, and doctor confirmed that I am having Cardiac arrhythmia (it's very common issue), but this issue can be serious when we have another heart disease.

To cure the issue Sandesh Prabhu Sir, Advice to follow the below steps.
1) Reduce the weight (I was 90kg) 2) Do Cardio Exercises at least 30 to 45mints every day. 3) Take one Concor COR 2.5 tablet (Mild dose) every day morning.

I have followed all above points and brought down my weight from 90kg to 75kg, again visited the Sandesh Prabhu Sir on Feb'2021 and he confirmed that I am clinical good, so no need to take any medicine, but continue to do the Cardio exercises every day.

Based on my experience with Dr Sandesh Prabhu sir, he looks at the problem very deeply, clearly and gives the treatment accordingly.
Mainly I observed that he will not advise medicines until unless it is required.
I really admire his positive attitude, while treating patients.

I would like to thank Dr Sandesh prabhu Cardiologist from Narayana Hrudayalaya who visits to SARV very close to my house. My mother was having repeated loss of consciousness. He diagnosed my mother with heart rhythm issue when we visited in this centre from where due to low heart beat, my mother was immediately shifted to Narayana hospital and underwent pacemaker procedure by Dr Sandesh sir after which the episodes of repeated loss of consciouness have stopped. Today we are celebrating 70th birth anniversary of my father in law at my home town with all family members.at this moment I would like to share an event which happened couple of months back when it was just one week we had shifted to Bangalore from pune and my inlaws had come to Bangalore to help us setup the house.midnight fatherinlaw developed severe chest pain, we tried giving home remedies meanwhile he collapsed.he was immediately rushed to Narayana multispeciality hospital in whitefield with the help of neighbours where he was told to have massive heart attack.his bp was not recordable.pulse was very feeble and they started the cardiac massage.they informed senior cardiologist Dr sandesh Prabhu who reached hospital immediately even at 2 o clock night.immediately he was taken for emergency angioplasty after which he recovered and was discharged 6 days later and now we are celebrating his 70th birthday.that day we thought we lost him.our 90% of tension was relieved when we spoke to dr sandesh that night. I have met a lot of doctors in the past. I must say he is very simple, very humble and the way he explains you feel relieved of the stress.we all feel fatherinlaw got second life because of the doctor.
