Dr Saurabh Bhargava is one of the best doctor I have ever seen, He operated my elder sister's bladder leak, with which my sister suffered for almost 6 months, Alhamdulillah now my sister is very well, I always wish sir well.

The sentence aptly justified that Doctors are the real face of God. I remember we were lost searching for a good suggestion for my father in law (Mahendra Prasad Gupta). His one of the kidneys wasn't working and had a cancerous tumor in the ureter. My father is getting treatment for enlarged prostate and had consulted at Columbia Asia, CMI Aster Hebbal and Ramaiah Hospital. While at all these places the doctors diagnosed the condition, their approach to treatment was not convincing. Their focus was more on the PSA than on prostate - and my father's routine was affected due to the catheter bag he was forced to carry around. That's when a friend referred us to Dr Saurabh Bhargava. In the first meeting itself, the doctor freed my father from the catheter bag. He was taught the techniques to void the urine completely and become free to resume normal activities. I had been suffering from kidney stone problem for some time. I consulted 3 leading Urologists at 3 large hospitals in Bangalore. They variously described my stones to be a "massive", "very large", "stag horn" formation, and recommended Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy (PCNL). One suggested PCNL in conjunction with Uretroscopy. Two of them suggested it would need to a "staged" operation, meaning more than one surgery. PCNL is a more invasive procedure than other options now available for stone removal. It carries higher risks, longer stay in hospital, longer recovery period, some assured loss of kidney function, and of course, is significantly more expensive. Reading about the risks made me apprehensive, but through a combination of luck and research, I found Dr Bhargava. Without even seeing the CT Scan CD, by merely looking at all my reports and the CT scan report, he advised that PCNL was most likely not required. And he told me that the terms being used to describe my stones were exaggerated. He confirmed this opinion after seeing the CT scan CD, and advised Retrograde Intrarenal Surgery (RIRS). This is a significantly less risky, less invasive procedure with a very much shorter stay in hospital and recovery period. It was evident from the beginning that he knew his craft, and is a doctor with a great deal of integrity. He takes time to explain things at great length to his patients (very rare), is willing to answer questions and does not speak down to his patients. The surgery went without a hitch, and I was out of hospital in one day.

I have had kidney stone procedures before at several big name hospitals, and can say without hesitation that Dr Saurabh Bhargava is the Gold Standard for Urologists. Super skilled, experienced, affable and a man of integrity. They don't come any better than this!

Very bad experience with this doctor. Three month continue he had given only antibiotic tablets to my wife. We had paid 12000 for flexible cystocopy but they have done only urine dilatation. He came only for five minutes and he told nurses to continue and we didn't get the report also. Nurse told that every thing is ok come after 1 month.
Now another hospital doctors asking the flexible cystocopy report because I have Narayana bill for same.
I will never suggest anyone for this doctor.
