I recently visited Dr. Sunaina as I was dealing with acne issues and I was quite impressed with her professionalism and expertise. She doesn’t recommend any unnecessary medicines and the stuff she prescribes actually works. The clinic is hygienic and well maintained and the wait time is almost nil (with appointment). Overall I would definitely recommend Dr. Sunaina to anyone looking for a good aesthetic dermatologist in and around whitefield:)

Don’t narrate a false story ma’am have some respect for your profession.we never asked u for any discounts God has given much enough to give your fees so u can get your bread n butter.the quality of treatment u are providing is pathetic against the fees charged by you. Best Doctor in Dermatology. Listens to the patient issue and prescribes medicine accordingly. The clinic is very clean and the wait time to visit doctor is less. Medicines are available within clinic.

We had been going to the doctor for acne treatment of my 15yr old daughter and it has been a visible improvement in just 2 months.highly recommend the doctor for skin issues.

Doctor might be good educationally but she have a deep lack of empathy. This doctor never wants to see any emergency cases and looks she is only behind money. I went for a emergency case in mid of my office and ready to wait till the end but all I got was a NO. I also pleaded for 5 mins and to just give a temporary solution and then I will come with a appointment but I was asked to leave. Avoid this as this looks like a money printing high profile clinic.

I've been Dr. Sunaina's patient for 4 years now for different dermatological ailments. The treatment is always effective, and, I love that she explaines how each prescribed medication works and how to get the best out of it. I've had great diagnosis and treatment for PCOD related hair growth, white patches, extreme sun tanning, and, Alopecia areata. I always reach out to her, for any skin troubles and never has it happened that I've left without a solution. I am even in love with her health blog, and, following little advices from those snippets has brought about a great transformation in my skin health. The Best Dermatologist ever. I cannot thank her enough. As a teenager grown to young-adult, I've always been complaining of the littlest things from the skin and hair perspective that I thought could be fixed, and, Dr. Sunaina has always had a convincing solution to those. Before Dr. Sunaina, I've stumbled over several dermatologists, and none seemed to give results.

Extremely happy with the doc as I've been under her care for almost two years for my thinning scalp. Her treatment has made a huge difference for me. She's very organised, disciplined, meticulously maintains my records, patiently n honestly explains my condition n line of treatment being adopted n most importantly instils confidence in me that she knows wat she's doing. My 26 yr old son n my 29 yr old daughter too have visited her for different skin problems n both of them have been completely cured.

Don't waste your time by visiting clinic directly. This clinic is appointment only clinic. I was turned away by receptionist stating walk-in is not allowed. I appreciate it's well organized system to take prior appointment and visit however it's equally time wasting for 1st time visitors not aware of appointment only clinic system. I had to waste my time just by going through someone told walk-in during morning hours it will be allowed but surprisingly it's not. I was even ready to wait but not even allowed by clinic receptionist eventhough nobody was there in queue! Definitely Not impressed

Dr. Sunaina Hameed is a very experienced Dermentologist and she listens to all your issues carefully and explains everything in details. I used to go with my kids and wife and you will get a cure on most of your issues.

Very lousy experience. Very dismissive to concerns and reacted with getting angry at the patient which was a huge surprise specially with a doctor who deals with people who are already feeling low.

Called for an appointment but was told one has to call a week or 10 days prior to get an appointment. Seriously? 10 days!
Perhaps suitable for some unwanted hair or wrinkles or acne.never for emergency treatment.

Doctor is fine, i am yet to use the recommended products however one thing i did not like about the place is they ask you to remove shoes before you enter the clinic not everyone is comfortable walking at an unknown place bare foot, com''on thats not your home, they recommended disposable slippers as i am comfortable in walking bare foot so i had to pay for it, its not the patient who wants to remove their shoes for their comfort or if shoes is a problem provide patient with shoe covers

Extremely professional and good doctor who knows her job well. I went to her for a rash in my hand. She understood the problem patiently and provided me with correct medicines. Within 3 days my rash got healed. Dr. Sunaina is very polite and one of the best dermatologist in Bangalore

Doctor is very hurry to finish, why, they want to give apportionment if they are so much hurry. May be because of good ratings, so hurry to finish everyone. She couldn't explain the problem clearly. Following covid guideline are too much only in room. She keeps saying as soon as enter the room like, don't touch anything, stay distance, don't remove the mast etc, Everyone wants to follow the guidelines, no one want to get the covid, no need to insist like that, never observed like this with very exp doctors.if they are following like that, why no staff member is wearing mask. Treatment is for longer period, I have to see the results after 2 months.

Sunaina mam is one of best dermatologist i have come across. She is very professional in approach and ethical in her work. Staff were very polite and organised. The management is unorganized. Given appointment but no tracking of sequence. Waited for 1 Hour 20 mins and returned back. While going staff is asking " can you wait for another 20 mins"

Possible doctor is good as see good reviews. This is purely for their unorganized management!

One of the worst places to visit. Please do not go if you have rebooked slot after cancellation. The doctor do not have a minimum sense, she gives you a class for cancelling.

I and my brother visited the doc as we came to know she is a good doctor through one of my friends. When we visited her in Dec 2020 my subconscious felt positive vibes of good treatment.

My brother had steroid induced acne. With only 2 times visit it is clear now. He is very happy as the results were very fast. We were not expecting it to be so fast. Thank you so much doctor for giving such a miraculous and right treatment.she gave only required amount of medicines and they were easily available outside also. This doctor is the best is what I can say.

Coming to my part of treatment. I had acne and skin pigmentation. I was planning to get pregnant.
The doctor explained me that with the tablet the acne would resolve faster but I had to avoid pregnancy. She left the choice to me. When I said I can't. She said the treatment with ointments would be time taking but in a very friendly way she said it, not like other doctors who would judge you (telling so as I have it experienced with few doctors). My acne is getting better with time and when I said of few creams which were irritating my skin she gave alternative for that as well.she never takes it offensive if you say that few creams are not suiting you instead she gives the details and alternative. I visited for the 3rd time on 16/06/2021 for the pigmentation slightly like rashes. I am hoping for the best because i believe in her treatment. I am going to share my pics once I am recovered, so that my review can help those who are in search of a good doctor.
She is treating my pigmentation with creams without making me panic. I was very scared weather it will go or not but when I visited her got confidence that cure is possible. It's been 5 days and I can see a very slight change in my pigmentation. Hoping for the best.
Paying her 600 consultation is totally worth it she is very professional and in this pandemic you can visit her clinic without any second thought it's completely safe and they take precautions very well.

My wife take treatment, for acne, doctors giving 3 months time for results, but we check after 2 month no improvement, we went again to clinic, doctor taken again 600 fee, I don't know why taking if i already taking treatment, I also not complete 3 months

I personally do not recommend this doctor.her medicines or advise did not work at all.if she's afraid of covid, she shouldn't open the clinic as she was not checking the marks on face properly even from a distance. Useless consultation and waste of money buying her costly medicines.

Great Experience since last 1 year. Have been going there for myself and my kids for various issues. Kid's eczema, warts, my hair fall. Doctor is always attentive. She is fast in her approach but thorough. Prescriptions are always printed out with detailed instructions so there is no confusion. Over and above medicines, there is always information on diet, skin care, hygiene etc. From explanation to billing, everything is transparent. Would definitely recommend. Keep up the good work!

I was suffering from a viral infection on my left leg second toe and third toe finger. I was not able to wear shoe and also it was a pain while walk. Doctor Sunaina's prescribed medicine worked very well. The infection is completely cured within 6 weeks as she had suggested. Definitely recommend her for any skin issue.

I went to Dr. Sunaina for hair fall treatment. I have undergone treatment for hair fall from 3 different places, 2 skin doctors and 1 homeopath. Did various tests, treatments, laser comb, stem cell treatment. Nothing seems to work for a year. Went on a colleague's advise who is undergoing PRP treatment with Dr. Sunaina and getting good results. So I went enquiring for PRP but she asked to do 2 more tests and said let's try medications first. Within 2 months my hair fall is much less and i see regrowth also on top. My husband and I were very surprised and pleased. We have been told that treatment will continue for a year but there is no need for PRP since I am responding well to medicine. We convey much thanks and recommend whole heartedly.

Tried booking an appointment in an urgent due to some allergic reaction but they receptionist doesn't know the difference between normal and urgent.

My wife had been suffering from an allergic skin ailment for last 7 years. Visited multiple skin doctors in many cities without any relief. Finally went to Dr. Sunaina after being recommended to her by our family doctor. As she correctly said from the beginning, we had to meet her 3 times over a 5 month period. But now it has been over one year and my wife still remains free from her disease. It is a huge relief to us all. Would definitely recommend. Consultation fees and treatment cost was reasonable throughout. Only allergy test was bit expensive but doctor said it is only done once in a life. Clinic atmosphere is also always homely and friendly.

I had acne and pigmentation tht to less v were visitd and consultd doctor.don't no what s abt tht treatment.it's so expensive, with no result.fr ths she gvn sun screen lotion Nd gels, creams.it's unnecessary treatment. 5000k spent but it's not cleared aftr used all those.finally I got other treatment with ointment it's just Rs. 55 with other doctr.now full clear face I cn feel it.people r noticing fr clear skin.finally m happy with no expensive treatment.

Happy with overall experience at the clinic. Was not satisfied with results by another dermat, so went to Dr. Sunaina who was recommended highly by almost everyone in my apartment complex. Checked the website and asked for appointment. Got a call back. Appointment went smoothly. Doctor is clearly experienced and explained the treatment plan thoroughly. Only prescribed antibiotics and one cream. Told me to continue same face wash, sunscreen and moisturizer given by last Dermatologist saying that treatment was correct. Just do some tests and change your lifestyle. Had a doubt about the bill next day so called the clinic. Got connected to pharmacy person who explained everything so nicely. Some days later needed a clarification about my medication. Sent email to Dr.did no expect reply because it was a sort of silly question. But Dr.replied promptly, so even after visit is over, they are still highly responsive. Treatment is also showing results though she only changed few things in medication. I am very motivated after talking to her.

Very bad experience, actually they can make an appointment and meet me with doctor on time but because of one receptionist the other receptionist couldn’t make it.
Waiting for more than 2hrs is horrible after taking appointment as well.

I was having acne skin problems for many days and had encountered side effects prescribed by previous treatments. When i found Dr. Sunaina's skin health center, I went there and put forward medical history as well. She read all the reports, patiently listened to my medical problems, and successfully performed the natural process of treatments with good results.

We visited today again and came to know that due to reception behaviour, the old person was fired, and new staff is good. Dr. Sunaina is good and given us enough time and understanding our concern.

I went this hospital to get appointment regarding skin allergies but staff didn' answer rather they told they didn't know, IAM completely dissatisfied and way they spoke

After a bad Botox job in Phillipines, I was too afraid to try it again, though I need badly. But Dr Hameed came highly recommend by my local community of friends so I feel safe with her. I must say, I find her hands very gentle and precise. She is also very conservative and transparent in her approach. I then went ahead and tried her laser hair removal service. I have tried this before in France, Phillipines and Kuwait as well, and I find her laser to be most effective and least painful by far. Also the only place I have found where Doctor has direct and most personal involvement with the patient. I would highly recommend Indian doctors, especially Dr Hameed.

I was the last appointment of the day on Saturday. Saturdays seem to be very busy here. Waiting time was long as clinic was crowded but it was ultimately worth the wait. From what I could observe, Doctor gives ample time to each patient and does not allow herself to be rushed. By the time I went in, it was almost half hour after closing time, but Doctor was still looking fresh, relaxed and took almost 40 minutes to go through my case file, old prescriptions, reports and all, and explained everything very clearly. I was very impressed. In the rush to get home, I forgot to buy medications from their pharmacy. But to my pleasant surprise, everything she prescribed was available in the pharmacy next to my home. Usually my previous dermats have mostly prescribed medicines that were only available in their in-house pharmacies. My condition is recovering nicely. I would happily recommend.
