I really had very bad experience with the receptionist who books our appointment. It was my first appointment with the dr where I wanted to. Consult the doctor but my consultation was ruined by this receptionist, as we being patients will have doubts to ask that will be your job to answer our questions. And you being receptionist you cannot take up decision to not give me an appointment with the doctor, because of your false allegations Dr might loose lot of patients, I am really sorry for the doctor for hiring such kind of ruthless girls at your clinic, she is behaving as she is the head of the clinic And dr.vanitha mam before telling that you shouldn't encourage such kind of patients to your receptionist, you have to clearly listen on both the sides that what receptionist is giving a false allegations or true allegations by confirming with the patient. I really had good opinion on you dr. Vanitha mam so that I can be cured about my problems by your treatment, but this was very rude behaviour from your clinic side towards patients. And the point that the receptionist has told that i have called 4, times in which one call she has not received and not even one call exceeds more than 3minutes, it's her duty to answer if we have any queries, i have not asked about any of the treatment plans on call, the questions which i have asked those are very general queries if she cannot answer means then she waste to be hired in this post of receptionist.dr Vanitha mam you can be very soft and sweet to your receptionist for encouraging such kind of behaviour, because of this kind of ladies you will definitely loose your patients in future mam.as your receptionist is saying you can go and see other doctor if you want, if i want to see other doctor why i will waste my time to call to your clinic and ask for your appointment mam and she is also saying that you will definitely not get cured and satisfied with the treatment if you come to the clinic also, before consulting the doctor itself she is giving so much negative hope to the patient that we never get cured.i have never seen this kind of arrogant girl working as receptionist being so much rude towards patients, even the receptionist in corporate hospitals are very sweet towards patients, hope so dr. The whole experience of consulting dr. Vanita was the best. Visiting her was my best decision. I had lots of acne all over my face which lowered my confindence day by day. I visited 2-3 dermatologist before her but didn’t get the result as I wanted then I visited her with zero hopes but she completely changed my thoughts. My skin improved a lot. DR. Vanita constantly kept check on me. I visited her clinic for every 10-15 days.she gave medicines. Along with that she did many types of chemical peeling which helped my skin to improve. She also suggested to do lazer. Worst experience Had consulted the doctor for acne problem she didn't even check my skin started to write the medicines and asked do a procedure when i asked what is the procedure for she explained and said to do one sitting see the improvement and come back after 3 weeks but I wasn't ready to do the procedure because my skin is every sensitiven I informed the doctor that I will start up with medicine and come back I used the medicine by instruction given but now my skin became more worse and it burns and peels off medicines which she provided are harsh to the skin.being a dermatologist she should diagnose what kind of skin does the patient has which she won't do i stopped using that medicines very disappointed.

I recently went to Dr. Vanita for removal of my sun spots. I had an excellent experience, dr. Vanita explained everything to me clearly in terms of how the procedure will be carried out, what to expect afterwards and precautions to take. Once I saw the doctor everything moved very quickly and the treatment was started without having to wait around. The nurse doing the treatment was clearly experienced and explained the process to me. I am extremely happy with the outcome, my sun spots are gone and my face is clear and skin tone is even.

Would definitely recommend.

No point in taking appointment because doctor comes late and she didn't even listen to the problems properly just starts to write the medicine waste of time and money.

I with my wife Sumita. 56 years firstly met dr. In the year 2009. We were from malda west bengal and depressed with no improvement for her disease Psoriasis even treated in kolkata.
