I went to R R nagar branch with my son, They are not aware of Free Consultation offer i have to remind three times, front office attendees are careless, because of that we waited extra one hour

To brief out my experience with Dr Agarwal Eye Hospital it was stupendous. I have undergone Smile surgery and my complete recovery took a period of 2 weeks with continuous monitoring of Dr. Meena. Also, Dr. Archana was very interactive during the surgery and guided me well. I am overall happy with the services provided. I would recommend Smile surgey to all the people who would like to get their clearer vision without spectaculars or contact lenses. Initially was confused as there are so many hospitals in RR nagar but the excellent service provided by Dr. Agarwal's makes it stand out.

To start with, on a brighter note, I wish to give countless stars as an appreciation to this hospital for their service they render to the patients who visit them; To be honest I have never ever ever seen such an amazing hospitality in any of the hospitals in Bangalore, I have been to different parts of the world and I have got some opportunities to Interact with different front line workers, but to be honest I have never seen such an amazing service anywhere else.
To begin with, when you enter the hospital the staff their will not just see you as a patient; instead they give a tremendous personnel care for each of the patient and takes care of them from the time you step in till you step out.
I had visited this hospital for my Dad’s cataract surgery, I had been to another well-known hospital in Bangalore before this to address my Dad’s vision issue, but to my utter disappointment the entire procedure even to take a scan I had to wait hours together, and to meet the doctor that would be like next to impossible; and even if we meet the doctor the way they explain the problem / concern about the patient was absolutely pathetic, they come with a time bomb where they just give 2 minutes of their time to explain the concern and will request us to leave the room.
Hence, I had decided to visit Dr. Agarwal Hospital in Raja Rajeshwari Nagar, the day when I visited I was literally shocked to see their service and the way they treat their patients, trust me the Team here has hell lot of PATIENCE to handle their PATIENT’s.
Next the Doctor, well I don’t think you will be able to find any other Doctor better than the one you find in this Hospital; their approach towards the patient and the way they communicate is absolutely tremendous, they give ample amount of time for each patient to understand their concern and give the right prescription or the course of action.
To name some brave and amazing Team members in this Hospital are like:
1. Shruthi – To be honest I am short of words to explain her incredible support in knowing the formalities for the Cataract Surgery and Insurance claim formalities. She makes sure that the patient and the attendant understands the entire procedure for a surgery and gives ample amount of time for each of the person instead of rushing to just do the assigned work.
2. Nagesh – He is another person who has tremendous patience in handling all the front end queries; In my case I had changed my mind in the last minute before the surgery procedure started to change the Retina Injection to a different version; he instead of denying my request, he made sure that I get the asked version of Retina Injection from a different location right before the surgery commenced; these are some services which you cannot expect from any other Hospital or for that matter from any other Institution.
3. Krishnaveni – She will make sure that you will understand the medicines that you need to take post-surgery in a step by step manner in detail which you will never forget even in your sleep.
Overall, I am a Super happy customer, I expected only for a treatment for my Dad’s cataract surgery when I visited this Hospital, but in the end I got a solution not only for my medical concern, but also I got an opportunity to experience a world class gold standard customer service. Hats off to the entire Team of Dr. Agarwal Hospital.

I had issue with my left eye called keratoconus, which I was hearing for the first time and was certainly worried. I had to undergo the C3R procedure. However the staffs and doctors were extra supportive and caring in making me comfortable and explaining about the procedure which gave me the confidence and overcome the fear. The surgery was performed successfully and it's all fixed now. I would like to echo the fact that the doctor and staffs were extremely careful through the whole process and my experience was really a smooth one.
