Writing down my honest review with a heavy heart! Visited Dr. Anjana in her clinic a few days back, to treat my sister who was suffering from extreme menstrual pain. Was charged Rs. 600 (Rs 500 for consultation+ Rs 100 for an injection). Same evening she (my sister) developed symptoms of vomiting and tiredness a few minutes after the injection. Contacted Dr. Anjana requesting for her advice on this medical situation, she advised for a scan and to get her hospitalised in CMH. We followed her advise and got her hospitalised too. No immediate follow up was done by the doctor and she was hospitalized for 2days with a very poor medical service. Reached out to her in clinic today, as I forgot to receive the bill receipt. Her response was so rude and extremely unhuman. She replied saying i should have reached out to her on the same day of consultation and not after 2 days. And when I said it's my right to get the bill when i made a payment, she hyped up. She falsely accused me saying i yelled at her and her assistant, when all I was trying to get was an explanation in a normal tone. Dr Anjana's clinic doesn't accept cards and they don't provide bill receipts as well. All payments are made in cash only, which is an unfair trade practice to avoid tax. A basic requirement for any service or goods provider is to maintain a book of accounts to record all the transaction and service provided, when they refused my request for a bill receipt, i totally understood that they are not recording any details of the payments received, which is illegal. To the people who are reading my review, you can definitely visit any doctor as per your wish but make sure you obtain a bill receipt before making a payment.

Madam lacks empathy.
Doctor should be the confidence to the patient you can't get that by visiting here.

We can see how serious and knowledgeable she is by following her advice. She will tell all that is necessary at that moment, so there won't be any need to cast doubt.
I recently gave birth to twins.
I underwent a C-section (I was pregnant with twins and am Rh negative). She handles any situation without panicking the patient. We were really fortunate to meet her and receive her advice during my high-risk pregnancy.
I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Anjana Ramesh mam for any high risk pregnancy.

Extremely Rude. How I wish she would have known what patients go through and all they need is a doctor to just be nice to them.

In CMH, she didn't even check or listen. Only junior doctors talked to us and Dr anjana was on her phone. Very dissatisfied

Then visited her clinic with reports and she declined to consult and made a fuss as reports were in soft copy format. Post getting print outs, again her consultation was very unsatisfactory. When we asked if the prescribed medicine is necessary, her words were "it's my job to write medication, up to you if you want to take it or not". Then she wrote one more scan which she had forgotten to mention during the first visit in CMH. Overall, rude attitude plus she forgot to write all basic tests in one go

Would never visit her again or advise anyone to do so. One could get very demotivated after consulting the doctor

Dr Anjana Ramesh is a very professional doctor with a very rich experience. She is very approachable as each consultation in her clinic was very smooth with not much waiting time. Mine was a late pregnancy hence all the complications related to that was dealt with utmost care and protectiveness. The way she managed my case is really commendable and clearly depicts her deep knowledge and experience. She ensured to take all the required precautions which resulted in a very smooth pregnancy and delivery. Her advice for choosing CMH hospital turned out to be very good as our experience there was really very good. I am grateful to her. Thanks a lot Doctor.

We had consulted Dr Anjana Ramesh for a serious health problem requiring urgent surgery. Since we were not ready due to unavoidable reason she used her expertise to prolong it to over 18 months and then successfully conducted the surgery. She was very systematic in her approach and gave a lot of confidence considering that it was a major surgery. She was sensitive throughout and ensured it was a success. She kept the patient comfortable throughout. We give her 5 STAR rating.

Words are less to thank Dr. Anjana Ramesh. We visited her for pregnancy. It was a normal delivery. She took care of all the detailings required for a smooth and safe delivery. She understands the mindset of the patient and clarifies all their doubts. Following her advice helped me keep calm through the phase of pregnancy. She guided us during every checkup visits and gave me complete confidence towards normal delivery.

We have consulted Dr. Anjana Ramesh for my first pregnancy, the caring and the guidance provided during then had made us consult her for the second pregnancy also. She truly helped us with Normal Delivery both the times. Even during times when there was a chance for c-section, the doctor's knowledge in the field helped us to overcome it finally had a normal delivery. Both our babies were delivered in CMH hospital. The clean room, friendly supportive staff and other facilities were excellent and on par with any other maternity care hospitals. We also thank the hospital for all the help and support during the stay.

Dr. Anjana Ramesh is very caring and available when needed, she understands the situation deeply and gives treatment.
She has provided all the required guidance to have normal delivery for both my kids.

Worst kind of Doctor I ever met.
(Visited for Mannorhagia. She couldn't predict the exact issue/cause. Also, kept calling for follow ups.)

After my first visit, she called me after a day for follow up. On that day her assistant asked me for the fees again while I was leaving on which I just enquired about the fees system, as any doctor will not charge again if you visit them within 5 days of the actual consultation. She started yelling as to how I could ask for such a thing & told that they charge as she is practicing at her home (which was an unreasonable answer). However, I made the payment. No further questions asked.

The next time I met the Doctor, she behaved extremely obnoxious & started discussing the fees issue before consulting. However, when asked clarity about the medicine dosage she told me that I have been taking these meds since a long time & I should know how to reduce & increase the dosage myself. That's all she said & I asked me to leave.

This was extremely unprofessional of her & against the Doctors oath that she had taken. I am amazed to see such violated integrity.

She has lot of patience and knowledge. I visited for my second delivery. Highly recommend her. She can deal with cpmplications in pregnancy as well.

I know her since 15 years. All my sisters and myself had a very good experience with her. We still visit her for any gyneac problem.

Wouldn't recommend her, she suggested surgery while another gynaecologist suggested tablets to subside the pain. If you are consulting her please take a second opinion before taking any major treatment it's a request.

Will not spend time to talk to patients and clear their doubts. Will not explain the process to be followed.
She just rushes and concentrates on sending out patients.

I am very happy with Dr. Anjana Ramesh for her patience and dedication in her work. She always tries her best for normal delivery. I got labor pain at 9.00 am and I delivered normally a healthy baby boy at 4.00 pm. Almost 6 to 7 hrs she was with me and did normal delivery. I don't think so any of the doctor's will wait so patiently.

Very bad experience with this doctor. Very first time we went to CMH and consulted doctor S K Sharma. She asked to do some tests and come with results. When i went with results, unfortunately Dr S K Sharma had to go on leave. Since it was emergency, i asked for Dr Anjana Ramesh. When i went inside with results and told the background, she just asked me to go out and come back when my doctor is available. She dint even allow me to sit despite knowing i was pregnant

If there is an option for giving negative rating.i would surely do that.she doesn't have any knowledge and simply relays on the recommendations mentioned in the scan reports.
I don't even understand why she relays only on reports eventhough she is having so many years of experience.
The scanning facility and the people are very poor in CMH. To be frank they are junior doctors who doesn't know anything and they are in a learning phase by experimenting with the patients.
We had a very bad experience with her and CMH hospital. We were consulting her from the day one of my wife's pregnancy. She is not that much friendly as mentioned in other reviews.she simply reads whatever written in the reports and for safer side prescribes to go through unnecessary test even though the baby is healthy. The unnecessary test increased a lot from 7th month and we decided to change the doctor but as our parents told not to change doctor at last stage, we continued with her.
Everything was fine till 9 months 2 weeks and baby position suggesting for normal delivery.

Next week, when we went for a regular weekly checkup, the reports showed that there is some problem in heartbeat and then she forced us to go for c-section without using her knowledge or experience. The more frustrating part is she didn't give even half an hour time for taking the decision.

After c-section, she came out of OPT and told that the baby is healthy and the glitch in last scanning is due to the pressing of umbilical cord with baby neck. Other than that everything is fine.

If she is knowledgable or experienced, she should have understood that before doing c-section.

The C-section happened because of the insufficient knowledge/negligence of the scannig team and the doctor, which is not acceptable.

I don't recommend her and even CMH scanning department to anyone.

Recently we had our son born in Chinmaya Mission Hospital under the care of Dr. Anjana Ramesh, a very senior and experienced gynecologist. From starting we were consulting Dr. Anjana Ramesh about whom we came to know from one of our friends who also had a very good experience with CMH and Dr. Anjana Ramesh. My wife was having gestational sugar so we had to be little more careful and Dr. Anajana Ramesh treated and guided us very very well through out the period. CMH has a very good gynecology department with friendly doctors and nurses. Their labor room is well equipped and the hospital offers wide range of choices for stay post delivery and the prices are very reasonable compared with some of the other well known nursing homes/hospitals. My wife had a normal delivery and the total cost including delivery, and 3 days post delivery stay in hospital was around 50 K. The room we chose was luxury. It had all the amenities like AC, fridge, bathroom with geyser and a bed for an attendant too. The room was very clean and spacious. Over all the whole experience was very good and smooth. I would like to highly recommend Dr. Anjana Ramesh and CMH to others.
