Absolutely unethical and unprofessional service providers. I have been using their service for the last 2 years, and it has degraded. With the same pace, the company will be shut very soon. The app is useless and the customer care is this one person who never helps. Let me highlight a few incidents, 1. I booked a ride for 4 hours, and decided to extend it later. I asked the driver and he happily agreed. He asked if he could close it from the app and I can just pay him the extra money directly. I denied and said I'll pay him extra separately, apart from the extra charges but he should not close the ride as I had my trust issues. He agreed and waited. I reached home and he started behaving strangely by asking me to pay money without showing any bill or receipt. I denied and he said that he has 3 phones, and all are switched off (no battery). I felt strange and paid him 1100, as it was about 8 hours of duty, and as I promised, I paid him extra on extended charges. I wake up next morning, to see a bill generated by drivego for 440 rupees for 4 hours, and I freaked out. Apparently there is no way that you can see if the ride is started, still active, closed, in process, etc. Which is like the basics of any driver app. There were no notifications to tell me that the ride was closed without my knowledge. I conveyed the same to customer care the very next minute, but NO ACTION WAS TAKEN.
Incident 2 I booked a driver (Shankar) for Saturday, 15th july 7: 30 PM, and when i called him at 7: 35PM to ask where he was, he told me that he thought it was 7: 30 AM. He rushed and reached here at 9PM finally and we started the ride. There was no concession, fine for him, for starting the ride late. I patiently let it go. I had another booking for the next day, Sunday 16th July, 5PM, for the airport drop, and the same driver (Shankar) was allotted. I had his number and was tensed because of last night's incident, so I kept calling him from morning. He wasnt picking my call and I called customer care, who assured me that he will come. Finally at 3 PM, I lost my cool and asked the customer care to ask him to atleast pick my calls, but nothing happened. At 4PM, one hour, before the scheduled pickup, i was told by the customer care that he's on the way. I waited. At 4: 45PM, I called the driver again, and, he denied my duty bluntly. He said, "I have some work, I cannot come, I have already informed the customer care agent, it is not my problem that he didn't tell you". I was shocked. I scolded him as he could have atleast picked one of my calls since morning to tell me this directly and I would have arranged something else. But who should I complain to? I started calling customer care and he has not picked my call till today, 25th July 2023. A week has passed and I recieved a bill today from drivego. A bill is generated for 6640/-, for a ride that started on 16th July and ended today. How amazing is this? A ride that I never took. There is no way that I can control the start or end of the trip.
I had a requirement of a driver on a urgent basis and tried drivego and the service of the driver was really he was a humble and very adjusting type and have availed their service more than 5 times and will be their regular customer thanks so much for such a good service
I used drivego’s service 3-4 times for airport drop-off in Bangalore. Booked innova and paid 2450 per trip but even after repeatedly asking for a clean innova in good condition, they kept sending very old vehicles with uncomfortable seats. Would suggest if booking go in with expectation that the vehicle might be old. Drivers are generally good
Though 5he driver attached to drivego are good drivego as service provider is horrible. They have never responded with driver details on time. Every time we have to make so many calls to get details of the driver.
Santhosh Kumar S, is a wonderful driver and a very genuine human being. He drove safely and with great caution, he is well spoken, well mannered and very humble man. He helped me with my fastag issue without any benefits. I would highly recommend him for any of your future drives short or long distances. Thanks
Booking was easy.when it came to payment there was poor connection and the driver made us wait for 30 mins so the payment would go through. Otherwise good though.
Hired the driver for my car. The charges they collected are more than the tarriff mentioned in the website. When asked the same they are not in a position to answer. Literally cheating people. Pls be carefull
Bad service and unreliable. Hired a driver and they charged me 25% of the cost upfront. But no driver was assigned and customer care was not reachable for answers. Enquiry form was also not working. Now my order also doesn't show up in my account.
I enquires about the drive through WhatsApp. They asked for the details and then they don't reply. It was actually a waste of time. If you are running a business atleast respond that you provide the services in the are or not.
I had to go to airport to pick up my wife at 1 PM. I had informed Drivego at 8.45 AM. The response was very prompt. Mr Prakash (Driver) was very professional. Hired a driver for local travel within Bangalore for a 6 hour package. The response from the business was very prompt. The driver Bahubali was very punctual and professional. Overall, good first experience.
I would have given 0 or something lesser of possible. These people are unreliable to the core.beware if you are calling them in advance on any emergency, they will inform mimites before your journey that driver is not available.worst.

What a service! They keep telling they will share the driver details and that never happens. Please say no if you cannot provide drivers or stop your services. I will not recommend them at all for an urgent requirement.

NOT GOOD: Booked car for Mysore trip. They are very careless while issuing the GST Invoice which has mistakes. Requested for revised Invoice but they didn't care.
Hired a driver for my car. He damaged my car (I was not a passenger), and told me about it only after payment. The business did not compensate for the damage. WILL NOT RECOMMEND SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY.
Beware of hidden charges. I liked the driver and was just about to give a good feedback, when I was informed about a tariff update. When the booking was done for a time slot 6: 30pm to 10: 30pm quote was Rs350/- Upon trip completion Rs378/- after 10mins revised to Rs478/- and when enquired the customer service agent actually talks back in an extremely rude manner. Pathetic! Neither using your service again nor recommending.

I booked a driver using DriveGo. The driver (SaiVanna) was great, ontime, professional and the service of DriveGo was lot lot better than I ever expected. They sent a driver for an outstation trip within 1.5 hours of calling them for the first time. Awesome work, keep it up!

Good, easily I went and came back by booking a car and driver also polite and good person but they have to little bit informative cause after giving booking fee there is no receipt for confirmation after the driver comes with his car we can be confirmed that it's successfull so have to send some receipt so that people can be assured.
We took the driveGo cab service for 4 days. We travelled from Bangalore to Mysore and chikmanglore. The driver was very nice and very polite. He helped us in many scenarios and we really loved the service.
Please educate your drivers about some decency. Every time we take a break during a long drive does not mean he should run towards the restaurant and order food. We were decent enough to let him order food in every stop but I did not feel he was acting professionally, he simply took advantage of our nicety. Also, he was driving rash during the entire period of time. This was my first time booking a driver from your agency and I will never avail your service again. Booking ID: 31814.
The entire process of booking the car was very smooth. The driver arrived on time.he knew the route well and also stopped at good restaurants for lunch. He also knew ooty well and took us to all attractions. The car was very good.overall very good service
