Impressive, we got vehicle at a good price than what any other car rental company quoted, we booked Volvo xc60, we were skeptical in the beginning but to our surprise the vehicle was in a very good condition and the driver was also very friendly and cooperative who even showed us places around which we weren't aware of. It made our trip even more memorable, overall a very good experience.

I had taken selfdrive twice. A BMW 5 Series and Lexus ES300 and I must admit their service is really good if not the best. Totally hassle free experience so far and I have received full security deposit refunds twice. Speed limits are not considered and there are no overspeeding fines.delivery and pickup service. Overall a fantastic experience

Unprofessional and illiterate staff.
That moron wants to use our aadhar card for illegal purposes, do not provide documents to them.
He doesn't understand that quoting "submitted to xyz for abc reason" on aadhar is a wise way to ensure privacy. Instead his response is "car diya h na, hum jo chahe kare aadhar card se"

Senseless creatures exist. Maintaining decorum not using abusive words, else he deserves the worst ones. Donkeys are smarter than him.

Please DO NOT hire vehicles from this third class company.
1) They will try to cheat you by putting previous car damages in your bill
2) The staff is rude,
3) they will try everything to not refund your security deposit. I got my security deposit back after weeks of calls and emails to their head office (in Hyderabad) and to their koramangala branch. They refunded my deposit one day before I was going to file a case in consumer court. (Still deducted Rs200 saying they are bank charges).
Please Go with other self drive rental companies. All The headache they will give you is not worth it.
PS. To the staff working in koramangala branch (except the manager), learn some manners, or someone will break your bones and teeth someday.
Also there is no option to give Zero stars here, hence the 1 star. They don’t even deserve 1 star.

They cause delay in paper work their side and will even charge you for that it too.

The vehicle was in a good condition, but the staff available ''Prashanth" was really rude, and the reasons given to charge extra, while returning the vehicle was not communicated at all. One need to make sure if he is saying something, there should be a foundation behind that. For example, our vehicle ran only two KMS and the fuel dropped off, being a issue we clicked a picture of it, and showed it to Prashanth and the other guy available there, but they mentioned we should have sent a picture of that right away, which they didn't mention at all while handing over the vehicle, inspite of showing them the proof and acted really rude.

A customer service is everything when it comes to business, and you should learn that well to serve anyone next.
