Yesterday I visited this place for my son’s friend birthday party. Very nice place and people are very advance and jolly, fun loving people, kids are all friendly and caring. Lovely

Economic apartment complex to live in. Has a mediocre approach from main road. May appreciate in price in the future. Final touch up and finishing work of DS- MAX has been slow and reckless in this project. There are few amenities, a small party hall, a gym and a small play area for little children.

DS Max properties fall in average quality scale. In that range, this apartment stands at 3-star category.
Parking spots are crumpled while the common space are wide enough to provide good breathing space between units.
Some units have common walls and staffs are not provided the basic accesses. The society lacks common washroom and dedicated parking for visitors.
On each floor, there is no signboard which specifies the range of flat numbers in each section, this would really help.
Most of the cables are passed through a dedicated passage, concealed wiring would have made more sense.
Overall, good option for affordable range.
