Worst Appartment to stay here without basic Requirements like Generator for Lift, Garbage collection is a big challenge, Security will be placed and removed as per there wish, Main part is Mr. Naghabhushan Land owner and owns 19 flats in these appartments, he don't pay Maintenance, All the maintenance has to be paid by other residents is the Worst thing.

It's the next road where I live it's a best place to settle because, near this apartment there are somany shops, school and visiting places.

Basic amenities like security, water (Cauvery, bore), electricity, sanitation, cleaning, garbage lifting, lift facilities are provided here by Association of owners, where as Mr. M. S. Nagabhushan (19 flats owner) is not a member of Association. Other facilities are satisfactory. Builder was not provided some basic items like CCTV, Gen set etc. Nagabhushan is not sharing his maintenance amount with association in a scientific way. No good harmonious relationship with owners, residents and tenants here. Builders are not cooperating to solve these problems.

All the basic amenities, security, water including Kavery water, electricity, cleaning, lift etc are provided here, except other facilities not provided, i.e. Power back up, party hall etc, due to lack of Generator set service not repaired till now, lack of CCTV which is not provided till now, because of non co-operation by Mr. Nagabhushan M. S being 19 flats owner (rented out all his 19 flats). He is not contributing his maintenance amount with association, (till now he has not become the member of association), moreover some litigation is going on with builder and Mr. Nagabhushan for sharing of flats, pent house etc.which hampers for the good harmonious relationship with the residents. However, recently he has come forward for contributing his maintenance with association, which is a positive sign.
