It's not a courier service centre, It's hooligans centre with name of DTDC Service person's. One staff named Renjen was very rude with me when I went for drop-off. They won't take any, they said to drop off at Hennur.

My parcel belgaum booking 13day but not delivered customer service mail 5times but not respons very very very worst service Dtdc

There is no response when I call them about my package being not delivered on time.they are saying that, they are not responsible if any damage happened in transportation.

Terrible service. I have as promised that my package will reach by 2 days in express service and it was an urgent delivery. I paid extra for the same and despite that the delivery didn't go through. It's shipped in the normal shipping duration. Why promise if you cannot deliver? I could have tried other means! Or why charge extra if shipping is going to take the normal duration anyways.and incorrigible customer support where there is no access to support anywhere. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

3rd grade delivery service. No professionalism at all. Avoid using their service. Everytime they send you out for delivery sms but never attempt for delivery or atleast call and inform the delivery destination contact number given in booking. Customer support do not have access to direct local franchise number.

Sent a package on 28 April. Before sending, i specifically asked whether that area was within their service and the lady at the counter confirmed it was. Today it's May 9, and after so many days of the package not having reached, they told me that the courier was returned om May 2! They forgot to call me! Such unbelievable sloppiness! To add to it, when I went to collect it, they have spoiled the cover in such a way that it cannot even be despatched by some other means. I have to change the envelope and write everything all over again. Extremely disappointed with this kind of apathy and negligence!

I was couriered a package from Delhi on Sunday 13th Feb.the package reached the destination city on Tuesday 15th Feb.the distance between the DTDC hub and my home is not more that 7 to 8 km.today is Friday 18th February and I have still not received my package. Package travelled 2k plus km in 2 days.but not able to reach the remaining 8 km for 3 days. This is not bad.this is pathetic.

An established courier company and trustworthy. A bit expensive compared to lesser known companies.

If there would be 0star or less also I would have given that. Very disgusting services they have internationally.
The case is document was to send from India to abroad and they told it will be delivered within 2 days, but they delivered after 5 days.
AND so sad to tell they stick transparent white tape which was quite strong with my certificates which was kept in open cover given by oursef.
They should have put extra cover by themselves and protect document but foolishly they did mistake.
Shame on you guys.
DTDC you guys should read my reviews and respond.
ITS a small request to all people who want to send their document internationally PLEASE don't do.
Its a REQUEST otherwise you will regret.
