They kept my parcel for 5days in their place. I personally collected the parcel. In the online tracking system, they were wrongly entered the details.

This branch never delivers in time. They have retained my courier at least for 4-5 days more than 3 times already and there is no phone number to contact them. Poor Service

Worst courier from 10 days it's still roaming in chambrajpet branch and like i didn't even get a call or delivery was attempted to my address and it was written that i refused the parcel will never suggest DTDC to anyone literally fed up and still didn't receive my parcel

The most horrible service and even more horrible and irresponsible customer service. When I am asking to clarify my problem he rudely asks me to keep the phone and cuts the call on me. If you guys don't know how to run a business then don't do that. Why are you troubling people? He company DTDC itself doesn't have control on their offices. I recommend not to send parcel through this services.their customer care and chat support r waste people.

Very bad.they did not deliver bag in Bangalore and did not have any clue. No follow up of the request.
We had to go to office to search our own bag.not recommended.

I dropped my 2 shipments on 17th October 2022 around 5pm the concerned person named Rohan Took the parcel and he said it has been scanned in 2 shipments 1 shipment got processed and got delivered in 2 days

The other parcel has no movement after that it was Diwali after 3 days so I thought it was public holiday and delivery services will slowdown during the festival time so i didn't do any follow-up that was the biggest mistake of my life which i did

It is been 16 Days even today the parcel is not delivered i went to Hub to enquire what was the issue they started to play Blame Game on me that you should have come same day that why the parcel has not updated due to Carelessness of Mr. Rohan An e-commerce shipment is lost in the Hub and he gives lame explanations and assures fake promises that he will call after 1 hour but my friend you will never get any call

As it was a Cash on Delivery order i am fully liable of the product and i will get Bad name for my business due to Carelessness of the Person Named Rohan.

If Shipments of Cash on Delivery is only not safe then how can a person trust the same person doing a pre-paid shipment.

So i here by request the people who are planning to send through DTDC and handover there parcel to Mr. Rohan Please think 10 times and handover to him because even you guys will face the same issue as i did.

I know very well the shipment has been taken by any of the employees as it is free gift to them. It is whole loss of the seller

Worst Delivery Guys. My parcel came from delhi to banglore and this people without calling me or informing me they updated fake status in there tracking portal and they sent back to Delhi. I have raised ticket and now they say its resolved with any action.
Even customer care and chat support r waste ppl.

The operational manager was approachable but of no use as my shipment was struck from a week with all perishable item and the blame game was on. The landline is non working and no alternative number to connect

Scammers. Don’t ever pick them for your delivery needs. They don’t make any attempt to deliver the package and mark that the receiver shifted out of the address.

Company run by frauds. Call center is useless. Without even calling the customer they update the tracking number as address is incomplete. Delivery agents are no. 1 frauds. These guys are not even fit to get 1 star. Worst Courier company in India. White field branch is not reachable.even after trying multiple times to contact the number given by Call center. Directors of this company can go begging instead of running a pathetic company this. #DTDC

One of the worst services. The package has arrived at the warehouse 3 days ago. But its not being delivered, even after registering complaint and contacting Chamrajpet Office. There is absolutely no reply from them. The company DTDC itself doesn't have control on their offices. I recomment not to send parcel through this services. These guys work slower than a turtle.

Good for nothing courier service. I sent a document for local Bangalore delivery from pickup point near rr medical college to jayanagar 9th blk, after 3 days it is yet to reach. The online tracking shows receiver shifted out, the delivery never attempted. Consignment no B11358805

My 2 courier packages are lying in this branch since 8 days. And they are so irresponsible that they don’t bother to check or reply. Worst worst worst dtdc services.

We have booked material from Gurgaon to Bangalore one consignment of 20 kgs in Express. It reached Chamarajpet on 30th October but till 3rd October it's not delivered to Bidadi. So, we spent 3K & lifted our material. One of the worst service not even a single star. *****DON'T USE DTDC EVER*****

Very poor service.didn't receive my parcel even after 7 days.they don't even receive calls to their given enquiry number (their logic is that it is always busy.). Had to go and pick up my parcel myself.

If you call them hundred times, they won’t answer your calls. If you call up the main branch, they provide wrong contact details.
My parcel was dispatched on 26th, with a express delivery service, and it’s been 7 days since that, and I’ve not got any updates, nor can I contact to find out.

They told documents package will be delivered by tomorrow, took two hundred something rupees for premium and next day when I asked about package not being delivered, they started saying it is still in the office and sorry the bus tyres were flat yesterday and bulls**t.

Worst courier agency I have ever seen. Very bad experience, n executives didn't gave correct information to customer on call. I have called head office too & they don't even bother to take call.
