Very bad experience in this centre. I was asked what I was delivering, I told it was fashion jewellery. I showed them the pictures too but they insisted on opening the parcel and said last time people had couriered illegal stuff. Don’t know if they were judging me as I was wearing a mask and sunglasses or because I am from the northeast. I kinda argued too as i was sending the pieces for a photoshoot in Mumbai and I had packed it very carefully. Anyways I let them open and as I had informed them it was fashion jewellery. But when my customer received it they received pieces where the links connecting the pieces together were purposely cut. And there is no way that the links will just cut while transporting because I had sent it before via other courier services. I have done drop tests and all for my sample pieces too. I would never use this centre for sending my courier ever again.

They have charged more in the name of speed courier have said will deliver in one day but they have sent courier long root
So finally received courier in 3days
If courier received in 3day then why speed courier
Weast of money and time

They changed for the RTO (return parcel) also. As per company policy not to charge any amount. But this centre was charged, the parcel returned to me after payment with a waiting time of 30 min.

Arun Kumar is Very worst executive from DTDC and he is not at all behaving good with customers and not even delivering the items properly and he is very rood nature and attitude.he is unfit to the courier service and not having minimam sence to communicate with customers and delivering post.

Worst PPL do not go there.high charge and poor service. I sent only two A4 sheet to Marathahalli they charged 80 rs instead of that you can try speed post

They clearly explained abt with insurance without insurance diff, Type of service like thru airway and surface. They didn't forced us here to pay insurance amount. Good packaging and really good service too.

So upset because they charged 600 for 2kg for surface caurier which take 5 to 7 days to get delivered.otherwise good job.

This is really good for your courier services. They can be reached on call also for query. Sometimes they tell a later time for delivery and courier may reach earlier. My parcel to mumbai reached before 24hrs. Also tracking is available and accurate.
